Praga dla 3 osób
Pros:

Hotel ogólnie ok, czysto i pachnąco, na śniadanko duży wybór, smaczne potrawy.
Super atrakcją to winda w postaci kolejki linowej.
Spoko lokalizacja, jakieś 2,5 km do centrum piechotą.
Do metra i tramwaju jakieś 400 metrów

Cons:

Na śniadaniu, kawa z ekspresu meeega słaba musiałyśmy kupować na mieście.
Pokój był niby dla trzech dorosłych czyli jedno bardzo duże podwójne łóżko i dostawka ale to było takie łóżko polowe sprężynowe jak dla mnie średnio wygodne.

Buena ubicación con problemas menores

Me gustó como tenían organizado el lugar y el trato del personal, todos muy amables

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza, solo tendían la cama y cambiaban las toallas, las tazas del té las cambiaron hasta el último día, los muebles no se limpiaron nunca, el del tv estaba lleno de polvo así que en temas de limpieza no muy bien

Flot hotel med god beliggenhed, men flere praktiske problemer og en svingende serviceoplevelse trak
Pros:

Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed og en flot udsigt over Prag. Hotellet fremstår generelt pænt og velholdt.

Et af højdepunkterne på vores ophold var et besøg på en af hotellets restauranter. Her blev vi betjent af en utrolig venlig og imødekommende tjener, som leverede en serviceoplevelse langt over det forventede og gjorde aftenen til en rigtig god oplevelse.

Værelserne var rene ved ankomst, og sengene var komfortable. Vi valgte desuden at fravælge daglig rengøring, hvilket hotellet belønnede med vouchers til Sky Lounge. Det synes vi var et rigtig fint og sympatisk initiativ, som både understøtter bæredygtighed og giver gæsterne noget tilbage.

Cons:

Vi boede i Collection-delen, hvor kabelbanen mellem de to hotelbygninger var ude af drift under hele vores ophold. Ved indtjekning fik vi at vide, at den nok ville blive repareret dagen efter, men det skete aldrig. En shuttlechauffør fortalte os, at den allerede havde været ude af drift i ca. 3 uger. Da parkeringskælderen ligger ved det nederste hotel, blev det meget besværligt hver gang, vi skulle til bilen.

Vores anmodning om 3 senge på et af værelserne via Booking.com var ikke håndteret ved ankomst, men receptionen fik heldigvis løst det.

Hotellet er meget lydt, og man kan tydeligt høre både naboer og aktivitet på gangen. Personalet virkede generelt ikke særligt imødekommende. Den håndholdte bruser var defekt, og det delvist tilstoppede afløb blev heller ikke udbedret, selvom vi gjorde opmærksom på det. Parkering og opladning af elbil er desuden lidt på den dyre side. Der er desuden kun 4 opladere til elbiler

Rigtig dejligt ophold til prisen.
Pros:

God beliggenhed og super hyggeligt og praktisk med cable car fra de 2 bygninger. Dejlige værelser med god air condition.

Cons:

Wellnessområdet er ikke særlig hyggeligt.
