Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

The staff were very professional. Especially Pitr who greeted us on arrival and made sure we felt welcome. The location is great with spectacular views of the city. The wellness centre was lovely and I had a wonderful Thai massage which is highly recommended after many days walking the city.

The patio furniture needs upgrading

Kompleks składający się w zasadzie z dwóch budynków , połączonych czymś w rodzaju windy , czy kolejki linowej . Górny budynek położony praktycznie w parku , więc cisza i spokój , mimo że to praktycznie centrum miasta . Pokój duży z balkonem , łazienka ok. Śniadanie jak zwykle w NH świetne

Byla jsem nadšená ze snídaní a možnosti si dat jídlo venku na terase. Po otevření okna člověk ani neví, že je v Praze, velký klid

Très bonne expérience (nourriture de qualité, hotel et chambres très propres, terrasse panoramique)
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Cons:

Spa un peu étriqué. Jacuzzi pas propre (dépôts noirs sur la partie haute et supérieur du jacuzzi).

Pros:

Хороший завтрак. Вкусный кофе в капсулах прямо в номере, хороший спа. Хороший парень на рецепшене при нашем отъезде, мы хотим отметить его доброжелательность и клиентоориентированность

Cons:

При заезде девушка на рецепшене была недовольная и постоянно кашляла и чихала, пока выдавала нам карту. Она кашляла нам на карту потом отдала и карту и бумагу нам. В итоге у меня тоже заболело горло!!! В целом персонал девушки вообще не доброжелательные, не улыбаются и все у них как одолжение. Но очень хороший парень был при нашем отъезде.
Расположение неудобное до остановки далеко идти , сам отель на горе
