Friendly staff, spacious and clean hotel
Pros:

Comfortable, clean hotel and friendly staff. Staff was responsive to our requests. Spacious room for a family.

Cons:

You need to run the water for several minutes before getting hot water.

Hidden oasis, beautifully landscaped, excellent breakfast, best orange juice ever
Pros:

Feels like a well kept secret, hidden gem that feels out of place in a good way. Amazing beautifully landscaped grounds! Staff is excellent, helpful in arranging plans, taxis etc, they even packed up a to go breakfast when we had to leave too early. The pictures dont do it justice, Great place to stay

Cons:

You do have to let the water run for 3mins for it to get hot, shower pressure a little low. But honestly not bad at all

If ever in urubamna again, would definitely consider hotel pisonay again
Pros:

Stayed two nights with family in a quadruple room. Had plenty of room and the property is beautiful. Great breakfast.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful. We had to check in late and leave early in the morning. They were very helpful esoecially Furoy.
Furoy was always there when we needed help and assistance. Thanks very much for a lovely stay Furoy.

Great Place, Great ambience, highly recommend
Pros:

Almost everything was great.
The place is nicely laid out with a laidback feel,with a lot of flowers and fruit trees in the well decorated stone paved outdoors, it gives a European village feel. Rooms are spacious and have a balcony view to some mountains and good ventilation.
They have a good restaurant inside where we can get food custom made to our liking.
The staff does not speak fluent English but are very friendly and are very courteous.
The property manager Mauricio is a very sweet and kind person and handles English well and is very attentive to your needs. He even took us to Maras salt mines and Moray in the car personally. Both these beautiful places are quite close from here.
I was traveling with kids and had a few custom requests and everything was taken care of. Even some of the custom food requests for the kids were taken care of by the kitchen.
I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in Urubamba.

Cons:

Lighting in the room has some room for improvement. The room was large and felt a little more lumens won't hurt. But not a real issue .

Pros:

Nice breakfast. Location is good.

Cons:

Even though ours was the only occupied room in the building, there was not enough hot water to fill the bathtub. So, we had to fill half and then wait an hour to fill the rest.
