Pros:

The location was superb, so close to Fira.
Our room was lovely overlooking the sea.
Our bed was comfortable.
It was lovely having the hot tub.
And we used both air con and heating in the room as nights was chilly.
Breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

It needed a general waste bin in living area.
The hot tub could have been a bit warmer as the weather was rather cold and that affected the temperature of it.
Could do with a facility too keep hot breakfast choices warmer.

Lovely part of the world and really nice accommodation.
Pros:

Rooms really nice and very clean.
Staff really helpful throughout stay.
The location was 5 minutes walk from town centre.

Cons:

Would probably have preferred that the accommodation was on the other side of the town/hillside.

L'amabilité et le professionnalisme de Penelope : le fait de recevoir un message la veille via whatsapp nous a rassuré, elle nous a donné des adresses pour dîner, des informations sur les sites à découvrir et elle est francophone.
Ce qui nous a touché est la petite attention portée pour l'anniversaire de notre fils.

Amazing stay at NEO suites!
Pros:

Ontbijt was geweldig 🤩 de service was ook top! Echt een aanrader! Er wordt duidelijk gecommuniceerd en je mag alles vragen en het wordt voor je geregeld!

Cons:

Alleen de trap was een beetje smal naar boven.

Highly recommend place for super comfortable & luxury stay

Facility was very modern and clean. It’s located in a very accessible area to Fira city center and the central bus station. Hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. They were very helpful to checking us in even though we booked just a few hours before arrival. They were always helpful and cared about our stay and our trip. Breakfast was so delicious and the room was very comfortable with nice silence for the fact it’s located in right next the city center area. Definitely, we’d love to come back again!

Cons:

We liked everything from Neo Suites. We had an unfortunate experience from originally booked accommodation and had to book everything in a last minute decision. Neo Suites staffs were making sure our checkin process and everything worked so smoothly. We really appreciate their flexibility and hospitality.

Wonderful stay with amazing hosts
Pros:

Wonderful stay. We travelled as a family and had the benefit of two bedroom suite with amazing sea views. This looks to the east of the island rather than the west caldera view. Perfect for watching the sunrise in the heated plunge pool. Location is great. A short less than 5 minute walk to the centre of Fira and 8 min walk to the main area with a caldera view. We had a car and there is free parking right outside. Maria and Penelope were exceptional hosts and made us feel really at home. Nothing was too much trouble. They reached out before our stay with recommendations for restaurants and 5 hour sailing cruise and were so kind and responsive to any questions we had. All recommendations were great experiences. Maria was also so helpful getting my phone back when I left it on the vehicle transfer to the sailing. Thank you Maria! Breakfast was delicious and varied each day with a range of meats and cheese, sweet and savoury pastries, Greek yoghurt, fruit bowl, cereal. You can also have eggs cooked fresh including amazing omelettes with a range of fillings. I could not recommend Neo Suites enough. It's small enough to feel really personal but big enough to have all the luxury you enjoy from larger hotels such as great breakfast, housekeeping, mini bar, gym and spa. If we are back in Santorini we certainly be looking to stay again.
