Highly recommend place for super comfortable & luxury stay
Pros:

Facility was very modern and clean. It’s located in a very accessible area to Fira city center and the central bus station. Hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. They were very helpful to checking us in even though we booked just a few hours before arrival. They were always helpful and cared about our stay and our trip. Breakfast was so delicious and the room was very comfortable with nice silence for the fact it’s located in right next the city center area. Definitely, we’d love to come back again!

Cons:

We liked everything from Neo Suites. We had an unfortunate experience from originally booked accommodation and had to book everything in a last minute decision. Neo Suites staffs were making sure our checkin process and everything worked so smoothly. We really appreciate their flexibility and hospitality.

Wonderful stay with amazing hosts
Pros:

Wonderful stay. We travelled as a family and had the benefit of two bedroom suite with amazing sea views. This looks to the east of the island rather than the west caldera view. Perfect for watching the sunrise in the heated plunge pool. Location is great. A short less than 5 minute walk to the centre of Fira and 8 min walk to the main area with a caldera view. We had a car and there is free parking right outside. Maria and Penelope were exceptional hosts and made us feel really at home. Nothing was too much trouble. They reached out before our stay with recommendations for restaurants and 5 hour sailing cruise and were so kind and responsive to any questions we had. All recommendations were great experiences. Maria was also so helpful getting my phone back when I left it on the vehicle transfer to the sailing. Thank you Maria! Breakfast was delicious and varied each day with a range of meats and cheese, sweet and savoury pastries, Greek yoghurt, fruit bowl, cereal. You can also have eggs cooked fresh including amazing omelettes with a range of fillings. I could not recommend Neo Suites enough. It's small enough to feel really personal but big enough to have all the luxury you enjoy from larger hotels such as great breakfast, housekeeping, mini bar, gym and spa. If we are back in Santorini we certainly be looking to stay again.

ישראלים תקשיבו, מלון הצגה! קרוב מאוד לאיזור המרכזי (5 דק ברגל) סוויטות נקיות מאוד! כל יום שירות ניקיון! היינו חמישה לילות, נהננו מכל רגע! לקחנו חדר עם בריכה פרטית מחוממת והיה כיף ברמות. הצוות נחמדים מאוד,ממליצה לכם באמת לסגור.

Cons:

הארוחות בוקר על הפנים, אין מבחר בכלל וזה הארוחה הכי לא מפנקת שתראו, לדעתי קצת בושה לעומת המחיר שמשלמים… למי שזה לא קריטי (אנחנו אכלנו ארוחות בוקר בחוץ ..) אז לא יפריע יותר מידי.

On a passé 5 jours moi et mon conjoint dans l’hôte, pour notre lune de miel, et franchement je m’attendais pas à ce que l’hôtel soit si bien placé, proche du centre ville, proche de tout, on a passé un agréable séjour , je tiens à mentionner ,Maria et Pénélope qui se sont très bien occupé de nous, elles sont très à l’écoute et très serviable,deux femmes formidables, on a bien mangé le buffet avec beaucoup de choix très bon petit déjeuner.
Si on devait revenir en Grèce c’est avec plaisir qu’on y retourne.

Výborná poloha blízko centra aj autobusovej stanice. Pohodlne prístupné autom. Menšia, dizajnovo zariadená izba, ktorá ale úplne postačuje. Vyhrievaná vírivka s výhladom na východ slnka. Menší výber jedál na raňajky, ale zato všetko čerstvé a chutné.

Cons:

V priebehu dňa väčší hluk z ulice, ktorý je ale daňou za polohu v centre mesta.

The location is perfect, near the bus station. Free parking is available nearby, and the hotel also offers affordable car rentals. The entire hotel is a work of art, and every photo is breathtaking. Rooms even have private pools.

Cons:

There were too many fruit flies on the fruit at breakfast so I only ate the covered food, the rest of the food was delicious.
