Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 5 nuits ! Le personnel était vraiment très agréable et nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir choisir parmi 3 chambres (nous avons donc été surclassés sans aucune demande de notre part)
Idéalement situé à 5 min à pieds du centre de Fira et d'une supérette très pratique
Pour le séjour, nous avons loué un scooter à proximité ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement pour découvrir toute l'île
Nous recommandons absolument de séjourner à Neo Suites :-)

Απογοητευτική σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής

Η τοποθεσία και το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο!

Cons:

Μείναμε 1 βράδυ με τον σύζυγό μου και η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν κατώτερη των προσδοκιών μας, ειδικά σε σχέση με το υψηλό κόστος της διαμονής.

1. Θεωρούμε απαράδεκτο και δείγμα έλλειψης σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη το να ζητείται προκαταβολικά εγγύηση 150€ (για 1 βράδυ) για πιθανές ζημιές.

2. Το κάγκελο στη βεράντα ήταν εξαιρετικά χαμηλό (κάτω από το γόνατο), δημιουργώντας αίσθημα ανασφάλειας αφού οποιοσδήποτε θα μπορούσε εύκολα να περάσει στο χώρο μας τη νύχτα.

3.Η «ιδιωτική» πισίνα δεν προσέφερε καμία ιδιωτικότητα, καθώς οι διπλανοί είχαν άμεση οπτική επαφή όποτε τη χρησιμοποιούσαμε.

4. Τα πάντα χρεώνονταν επιπλέον από τη θέρμανση του νερού στην πισίνα μέχρι και έναν βασικό πρωινό καφέ.

5. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε καν ένας ολόσωμος καθρέφτης

Συνολικά, η ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών και το επίπεδο των παροχών δεν δικαιολογούν σε καμία περίπτωση την τιμή του καταλύματος. Δεν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Und jederzeit hilfsbereit, von der Rezeption bis zum Putzpersonal.

Cons:

Für einen Cappuccino beim Frühstück musste man einen Aufpreis zahlen, war aber noch günstiger als in den Kaffees runderhum

La localisation très proche du centre de Fira avec un parking très proche de l’établissement et un emplacement très au calme. La piscine particulière au top et la mezzanine pour notre fils ado. Le personnel très accueillant et agréable.

Pros:

Neo to fantastyczne miejsce na wypoczynek dla par. Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum- mimo tłumów kilkadziesiąt metrów dalej, w obiekcie było cicho i spokojnie. Super zaprojektowane apartamenty i tarasy zapewniające duży komfort i prywatność. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja i dobrze wyposażony pokój.

Cons:

Rooms can be small but the outside space makes up for it - breakfast could do with a warming tray to help keep hot food warm.

Bardzo przyjemne, kameralne, czyste i piękne apartamenty. Wspaniały 11 dniowy pobyt w Neo Suites. Pomocna, życzliwa obsługa, która pomogła nam w transferze i zorganizowaniu atrakcji. Napoje dostępne cały dzień. Porządek w pokojach. Ciekawe śniadania. Dostępny dobrze wyposażony minibarek. Możliwość dostawy jedzenia przez pobliskie restauracje. Dziękujemy Penelope i Maria za wszelką pomoc.

Cons:

Potrzeba powrotu do domu! Zostalibyśmy tam jeszcze dłużej :)

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Great communication from the reception staff from the start of our stay. Local bus station and Fira caldera 3-5 minutes walk. Quiet location and excellent staff. The daily housekeeping was fantastic and the plunge pool was excellent. The staff Maria and Penelope were the best. They made us feel welcome and it felt like home. Great experience will definitely recommend and stay again. The view from our sea view room was amazing watching the sun rise.
