They haven't give me a room even though i had reserved the room. They said All rooms were full. I don't know, How could they provide a reserved room to other one!!!

Pls improve your hotel

I like the place and atmosphere

Cons:

The room was very small and also there is no amenities in the room ,like dental kit, shaving kit, tea bags,hot cattle, shampoo, moisturizer etc.......
In the washroom water is coming very slowly
If we book for two members they should provide two towels but only one towel was there .
Also near to the bed switch board need to fix it was broken,The telephone was broken
My expectations was very high but our stay was very bad ...........

Room was neat

Cons:

Breakfast was from road shop given in cover and asked to share one plate. Wash basin taps was not working and bathroom is very small. No mirrors in the rooms and toiletries are not provided
