Pros:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber Charme. Das Zimmer war groß, komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war riesig, toll! Vom Fenster sahen wir ein Teil des römischen Theaters. Die Lage ist für Downtown zentral. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bad experience.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty, bathtub was clogged, the shower curtain was ripped. I got stuck inside the room because the door handle was broken, I called the front no answer, I sent a text no reply. Finally I was able to get out the room. I paid for 3 nights and ended up staying just one. I checked out the next day and no refund was issue. Bad place I wouldn’t recommended.

the hotel is so gross and old. everything was horrible we didn't even want to stay the night because it was that bad. we left after 30 minutes and booked another hotel. do not go here!!!!

Cons:

I booked for 3 nights and stayed only one night. Cancelled the booking as hotel was very bad to stay. And they were not ready to refund for remaining two nights.

Pros:

I loved the location. Staff service spoke English.
Loved the comfortable bed. It was massive.

I didn't know but they had breakfast too.
English rea would've been nice which I missed.

Cons:

Carpets need cleaning. Small maintenance such as hooks on bathroom door. Curtains repair etc.

Posizione molto comoda, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Staff disponibile

Cons:

L’hotel necessita di manutenzione e maggiore cura; nella stanza una luce era bruciata e non era stata sostituita.
Ho pagato la colazione e data la partenza molto presto, mi sono accordata con il personale per avere un cestino da asporto l’indomani. Il giorno seguente tuttavia nessuno sapeva nulla e non ci è stata data la colazione.

Bagno era sporco water aveva residui di escrementi attaccati e nella camera per terra cera tappeto che era abbastanza sporco. Non ci hanno dato gli asciugamani siamo andati noi a chiedere
