I would definitely recommend Rosse Boutique Hotel if you are looking for a very quiet place.
Pros:

Breakfast is nothing fancy, just typical Honduran, but very well presented. The thing I have enjoyed the most is the peace and quiet! Staff is awesome as well.

Cons:

I think the rate is a little steep, but I guess it keeps out any riffraff. Therefor remains quiet. No trouble or problems.
