The room is quite spacious. Location is great, not far from airport and railway station. The breakfast was good enough, good value for this money.
Staff is not qualified, they even did not know hot to login to booking.com to check my booking. At first wrong room was offered, then we changed the keys. Water was almost absent in the room ! The hotel itself is not planned well ergonomically. When we entered the room, there was bad smell from bathroom.

Location is great!
Basic room, over washed bedding , stained carpet.
Friendly staff and clean premises.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and hospitable. decent location within easy reach of airport with a supermarket and a restaurant opposite. Rooms were clean and spacious.
A bit tired property. Could do with a lick of paint and cool lighting to brighten up the place. A shower cubicle instead of a corner bath would have given more space to move in this bathroom. A better bed and pillows would be preferred. There were no bedside lamps or the switch for the room light by the bedside.
We arrived there from Bukhara, on our way to Khiva, by train.
Best decision ever.
This hotel was incredibly relaxing after a long train right.
The rooms were spacious, the bed was big and the breakfast was freshly prepared by the cooks.
I also have to point out that the staff there was very helpful and friendly. All of the guys working there spoke good Russian!
The terminal for card payment didn't work, so we paid cash. This was ok after all, because there were a couple of banks close by.
All in all I liked the fact that the hotel is located really well - close to the train station, but also close to the trolleybus station to Khiva. It was incredibly quiet there, so we could relax and the WiFi was also working, which wasn't the case for every hotel we've been to in Uzbekistan.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby, making shopping particularly convenient. Especially, the staff service is particularly good and can give guests perfect travel advice. Thank you so much.
