Let’s begin with the staff. I found them extremely nice welcoming helpful and outgoing. They offer vouchers with discounts across several shops and restaurants in Elounda and Plaka. We asked them for a late checkout and they agreed without hesitation. Then there is the facilities, lovely room with the Terrace looking towards the beach great shower in the room that comes with all of the things you learned to expect a proper hotel like television coffee mini fridge in very importantly and air conditioner in the Mediterranean heat. The beds are very comfortable in the hotel gives you a gift on the final day(they leave it on the bed). There is a lovely pool and a bar outside which was located just next to the room and the hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet so there aren’t any people running around making noise. Perfect for a quick dip. There are changing rooms and also extra showers and toilets by reception in case you need to change after checkout. Lastly the location Agnes is perfectly located between Plaka which is a very picturesque coastal town and Agios Nicholaos which is a bigger city. Elounda is more peaceful and has great restaurants and shops by the beache, and you could easily go on day trips to the towns nearby with a car or taxi. The hotel in this respect is quite in the middle of Elounda, 7 minute walk from the centre and close to the beach restaurants, the local spa and some super markets which makes it an ideal location in the town.

The location of the property was excellent, allowing convenient access to Elounda and the surrounding areas of both Plaka and Agios Nicholaus.

The facilities were outstanding, a quiet property with a layout which maximises privacy allowed us to enjoy our own company.

Maria and the other staff could not have been more pleasant, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic week in what is a beautiful part of the world.

Rooms, staff and beautifully designed

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, we had the most amazing stay! The location is perfect, easy to walk into Elounda and the rooms were spotless. The staff were also so lovely and went out of their way to make our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again, perfect perfect perfect! Highly recommend!

Really beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Elounda so easy to walk everywhere. Eleni and Maria on reception so lovely and helpful.

Beautifully maintained, excellent service from friendly staff. Super location and we would like to highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of Crete for a holiday.

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this stunning hotel. The location is perfect and within walking distance to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully designed, super clean and very comfortable. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left… I would say the staff are what makes this place so special - Eleni , Maria , Nikki and Sofia

Modern, clean cleverly designed and integrated suites and rooms , a balcony jetted tub suite is a great option, if that’s what you like .
The staff and management are wonderful and caring. It felt like staying with family, nothing was too much trouble. This is a an authentic experience combined with a modern facility offering all that you could want. Restaurants and tavernas within easy strolling distance. The hotel owners also have a restaurant in town where they treat you like celebrities , with the restaurant offering an excellent menu and the best wine list from all eating establishments we tried. The off site, but convenient parking area was a bonus and greatly appreciated.
Breakfast option at the property was both generous and delicious. Looking to book Elounda …. Then book here , it’s delightful.

Just the most incredible stay in September! The hotel is perfectly located in quaint Elounda, the hotel team are so incredibly friendly & make you feel so welcome and the hotel itself is small but beautiful. We truly couldn’t speak any more highly of the hotel and the team! They even bought me a beautiful cake on my birthday which was a lovely personal touch!
