Close to the airport, regular free shuttle to the airport, the driver helps me to carry the luggage down from the bus, great service.
The non slippery mat in the shower room has stains, should be replaced.
Месторасположение хорошее за счет близости к аэропорту, но стеклопакеты очень тонкие и ночь не будет тихой из-за большой слышимости самолетов.
Заезжали ночью и сотрудник отчетливо сказал, что завтрак, который был оплачен мной, будет проходить внизу с 6-12 утра. Я удивилась, что обычно везде в 11 заканчивается и переспросила, он подтвердил на ломаном английском, что конец завтрака в 12. Я спустилась на завтрак в 10:15 и конечно же застала пустые тарелки и персонал, который разводил руками мол завтрак окончен. Ночью ребенка вырвало на кровать из-за отравления, попросила заменить номер, сотрудники не охотно шли на контакт, парень просто играл в телефон и делал вид что не понимает меня. Утром выяснилось, что за уборку номера я должна им 200 $, на что я конечно отказалась платить такую сумму. Сотрудница не долго думав сказала, что перепутала доллары с юанями и я им должна 200 юаней… короче отношение не того уровня, который заявлен.
The room is a bit small but the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of bathroom compensated the shortcoming. We are still quite satisfied with availability of all amenities.

Good location close to the airport with convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Its a buisnsess park so quiet at night.
They had a laundry for guests which was great but the clothes-dryers need to be thrown out, they were useless! I put some clothes in them and even after two hours the clothes were still damp, i tried another dryer with different settings and they were the same. In the end I had to hang my clothes in the room but if i didnt have the time, would have been annoyed carrying wet or damp clothes home in my suitcase.
Lovely decor, quick check in, good wonton soup for breakfast, lovely open windows on arrival. Good room option for kids travelling with family. Good shuttle bus
The three teenage kids were in a room with two small double beds. The two girls
shared a bed and they said it was small.

Big variety of both chinese and international food.
Chinese noodle soups, rice and fish, cooked vegetables, dumplings. English bkfst with eggs, sausages, beans and tomatoes. French pastries, swiss muesli, nuts and cheese, italian coffee. Fruits, yogurt etc.
Staff needs to improve their knowledge of english a little bit.
