Fabulous and kind staff, great value rooms that are clean and have hot showers and fresh towels.

Pros:

Localização. Muito perto da Praça central - acesso à pé, o que economiza no transporte para ver a Catedral, museus e arredores. O café da manhã estava incluído e era servido na cozinha de um dos apartamentos do prédio.

Cons:

O Hotel é bem simples e fica numa rua do centro antigo que está bastante mal cuidado. Não há elevador e ficamos no 3º andar. O banheiro exalava um cheiro horrível de esgoto devido a encanamentos antigos e o ar fétido invadia o quarto. O prédio fica em frente a uma faculdade e há bastante barulho na rua até tarde. Não há bons restaurantes nos arredores e só acabamos ficando 6 noites porque tive uma gastroenterite e fui internada na Clínica Los Angeles por 2 noites, então meu marido acabou ficando lá mesmo, somente para dormir, uma vez que passava o dia comigo no hospital. No geral, não ficaríamos lá novamente. Não é um hotel para turistas. Não oferecerem apoio/suporte ou informações, mesmo em situações em que o hóspede está claramente se sentindo mal e nos arredores não há sequer UM bom lugar para comer coisas não gordurosas.
