Would definitely stay again, pleasant staff, good food and quiet but handy location
Pros:

Helpful staff, lovely rooms, easy walk to tram into city, great location opposite Hagley Park.
Great touch with the complimentary teddy bear in room.

Cons:

The electric sensor light in bathroom, instructions need to be left for guests how to turn off , the complimentary sleep eye masks are made available for use.
