Accueillant, propre et bien situé
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable.
La chambre était très propre.
L'hôtel est à quelques minutes à pieds de la station des bus et du téléférique.

Great little hotel if travelling by bus
Pros:

The receptionist was super nice and helpful. The location is fantastic 2 minutes walk from the terminal. The shower had hot water which is rare in budget Colombian hotels.

Cons:

The room was small but that wasn't a problem staying alone with minimal luggage

Una experiencia excelente. El hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones son cómodas y bien organizadas, y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. La ubicación es perfecta, especialmente para quienes llegan o salen del terminal.

La atención fue increíble, muy amables y siempre pendientes de que todo estuviera bien. El lugar es tranquilo, seguro y perfecto para descansar. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo totalmente. ¡10/10!

Freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen mit dem Hotel Adel.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit verdient eine 10. Viele Tipps für das Sightseeing bekommen.
Panaderia für das Frühstück ist 40 Meter entfernt.
Sehr gute Lage. In 2 Minuten beim Busterminal und den 3 Linien der Gondelbahn. Unschlagbare Lage für das Sightseeing!
Sehr schöne Zimmer.
Morgens und Abends wurde mir jeweils ein Kaffee angeboten.

Cons:

Enge Platzverhältnisse im Schlaf- und Badezimmer.
Etwas Strassenlärm.

Pros:

Petite chambre confortable, propre et salle de bain avec douche bien chaude ! Le personnel était très accueillant et nous a recommandé pleins de visites et restos. Emplacement très pratique à côté du terminal et des trois lignes de téléphérique.

Cons:

Isolation sonore un peu juste.

Tranquilidad, economía y limpieza
Pros:

Todo muy bien, la comodidad de la cama el internet bien, la formalidad del personal muy excelente, la limpieza del cuarto excelente y muy economico, el lugar para andar cerca es muy seguro y hay de todo lo q uno necesita

Cons:

El único detalle pero teniendo en cuenta el precio es muy economico el cuarto muy pequeño hizo mucho calor y no teniamos algún ventilador a la mano

Excelente ubicación y atención al huésped.
Pros:

La ubicación muy estratégica, cerca al terminal y facilidad para acceder a diversos medios de transporte.Un plus, fue la disposición y atención del personal del hotel.

Cons:

Los ruidos que se presentaron del pasar de la tubería del agua,daba la sensación de estar descompuesto ello y el baño,luego de usarse,para bajar el agua el trabajo no lo hacía bien a veces.
