Booking.com agencies must ensure atleast the cleanliness of the property they choose.
Pros:

Reception staff very cordial and helpful. Somewhat safe and secure.

Cons:

Very bad and unhygenic bed. Very poorly maintained toilet. Bath towels they supply appears to be unhygenic. Dusty ceiling fans. No TV facilities. Nothing complimentary . Overall cleanliness is below average despite my special request for keeping hygenic bed and toilet before check-in.

No parking facilities. Ideal for single person or for couples. Cordial reception and helpful too.

Health wash nozzle broken. I have to depend on mug. AC was working but water drops from it and wet on the room.
