Atour Hotel Beijing Tiananmen Wangfujing Pedestrian

A few steps to the pedestrian street and 5 minutes to metro. Metro access via elevator through the mall or by stairs from street level. (Note: Didi or taxi pick up and drop off is a 3 to 5 minute walk from the hotel.) Free use of washing machine and dryer, and free late night snacks is handy.

Overall, the hotel is exceptional. It was absolutely fantastic experience! I would rate this hotel as 12 out of 10. First of all, the location is superb. This hotel can boast the best location in Wanfujin! Much better than others. Super close to the metro, lots of malls, supermarkets and restaurants. Secondly, the hotel itself is modern, stylish, cozy and clean. The staff is super friendly and hostile. The breakfast they serve is superb. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you wanna explore Beijing. And I definitely would like to come back one day. Huge thanks for your impeccable service!

The location is great. Just that if alighting from Didi car with luggage, will need to walk a distance. Love the room with window and also the cleanliness of it and also the fact it is carpet free.

This was our 2nd time to Beiijing and we are glad we made the right choice to stay in Atour Beijing Wanfujing Pedestrian Hotel.

Staff
All the hotel staff we had interactions with were hospitable and friendly. They welcomed us with smiles and were always ready to help.

Room
We booked a relatively big room (2 double beds + sofa) and there was ample space for 2 adults and 3 cabin luggages (fully opened). The room amenities are adequate - bladeless air dryer, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. The shower comes with shower amenities as well although we did not use them. One plus thing, the towels are big and real clean.

The room has a huge TV but it only has local channels, so we had to rely on our phones to catch up on latest news around the world.

Location
The hotel is a few steps away from the popular Wangfujing Street, but it does take a bit of navigating to locate the hotel as it is nestled behind another building. We had to walk through a walk-way to get to the hotel but it gets easier once we got our directions. In fact, we felt it was more direct to walk from Wanfujing Station than JinYuHuTong Station, considering the escalator out from Wangfujing Station vis-a-vis the stairs from JinYuHuTong Station.

Overall
We would rate our stay an 8 out of 10 as it really gets stuffy whenever we got back to the room as the aircon is set to warmer mode and the window could not be opened. Having said that, it is not really the hotel issue as it is common for aircon to be set to warmer mode during winter season but it would have helped if the window can be opened.

I had a great stay at Atour Hotel Beijing Tiananmen Wangfujing Pedestrian. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Wangfujing, with easy access to shopping, food, and major attractions such as Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.

The staff were super friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They were always willing to assist and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is a little small and slightly older, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay pleasant and restful.

One thing to note is that cars cannot enter the pedestrian street, so there is a short walk from the main road to the hotel entrance. This wasn’t a problem most of the time, but it can be a little challenging if you are carrying several heavy suitcases.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again, especially for the fantastic location and excellent service.

Отличное место расположения, приветливый персонал. Жили в номерах без окон, но было очень тихо и выспались прекрасно после долгого перелёта. Завтраки не брали - в шаговой доступности все:кафе, достопримечательности, метро итд.
