Everything was outstanding. We received a warm welcome, and the manager was very courteous and attentive. The hotel exceeded our expectations—it deserves a rating higher than 10. The pool is fabulous, offering a superb view of the mountains. The terrace is tastefully designed, and having morning coffee there gives you a wonderful vibe; it is truly delightful to sit there with a drink in the evening. The room was spacious and decorated with great attention to detail—just like the rest of the hotel. Excellent amenities and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the Wi-Fi was great. Having on-site parking is a huge plus. Everything was very clean and airy..The manager provided all the information we needed. We will certainly return, as we were charmed not only by the hotel but by the entire area.

Ευγενικότατο προσωπικό και πανέμορφο αρχοντικό! Η θέα στο βουνό υπέροχη, προκαλεί απόλυτη ηρεμία. Το ξενοδοχείο και γενικότερα το Μέτσοβο είναι από τις πιο Pet friendly περιοχές που έχω πάει το οποίο είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντικό καθώς δύσκολα βρίσκεις μέρη φιλικά προς κατοικίδια. Θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά στο μέλλον καθώς η διαμονή μου ήταν σύντομη και δεν το ευχαριστήθηκα
