The convenience of the location.
There was no phone in the apartment, under the sink was a lot of dirty towels and cleaning supplies stuffed under it. Parking cost. Did not know that it was an air bnb instead of a hotel room. There was no iron and ironing board.
The apart is in hotel, the owner hwo have this apart in hotel didn’t reply to my email what I send about almost 2 weeks ago, he replay in day when I arrived, I didn’t have internet to check it , he didn’t sent in email the password to the WI-FI room password in bethroom the lights was broken just one is work. The apart is big but the bed very uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep after many hours in the plane. Him is not profesional. I don’t recommend

Parking is not 20 per day; is 30 and its a valet parking.
