Excelente vista, con mucha comodidad
Pros:

Hermoso el lodge, con vista a la montaña y el sitio arqueológico. Hermoso escuchar el sonido del río . Buenas duchas, camas y rico desayuno. Muy buena la atención también. Y muy bien ubicado, a distancia caminable hasta el centro, y las atracciones arqueológicas.

Muy agradable, repetiría
Pros:

La atención fue muy buena, el desayuno muy completo y rico. Nos pareció muy cómodo en general y el entorno muy acogedor. Cumplió nuestras expectativas a cabalidad. Limpieza de los espacios y habitaciones. Cercanía al centro.

Cons:

Se cortó la luz por varias horas en una ocasión.

Good for quick overnight stay for travels
Pros:

Beautiful property overlooking the river. Staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Provided breakfast to go with advance notice and easy early checkout. Blanket provides next level warmth!

Cons:

First room they assigned me had a sliding window that didn’t lock. As a solo female traveler, I was not okay with that. The second room had 3 windows that locked, but the door lock was a bit janky. Room was extremely cold, no heater, but blanket provided insurmountable warmth! Sheets and towel didn’t smell laundered. :/ Location is opposite direction of train, but town is small enough. Was a bit hard for me to get an Uber there my first night

Pros:

Excelente funcionários ( cheguei meio tarde do passeio de trem e não consegui táxi da estação até o hotel , aí fui andando , a funcionária muito solicitamente foi até um local mais à frente p nos receber ) . Ótima vista ( ao lado do rio ) . Próximo da praça de armas . Excelente custo benefício .

Pros:

The staff is the kindest! The breakfast is lovely. The bed and pillows were my favorite during my stay in peru. Very firm which i really liked

Cons:

Bit of smell from the pipes. I don't belive its something they an do anything about. The river is indeed loud, but i had earplugs so all good. Arso it sounds like a rain, so its kinda nice sound.

Great value!
Pros:

Amazing stay, Perfect I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well organized, and I really enjoyed my time. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back in the future.

El lugar es bonito

Cons:

No hay sensación de privacidad, las habitaciones están muy cercas de la otra por lo que se puede escuchar todo, la ventana no cerraba bien. Tuvimos un inconveniente y es que el hostel no nos quería cobrar el precio real que booking nos daba, sino el total que deben pagar ellos, es decir la comisión que le deben pagar ellos como alojamiento a booking, al encararlos y hablar con ellos dijeron que era políticas de su hostel y que debíamos pagar la comisión de booking, como no estuve de acuerdo me dijeron que cancelarían la reserva (como no presentado) y que pagaría únicamente lo que dice booking

Very comfortable for the price. Great value, nice people. Would book again!
Pros:

The location is beautiful. The flowers around the property were really stunning and fragrant. You can see the Inca site from the balcony. Breakfast was coffee/tea, fruit with yogurt and granola, and eggs and bread. It was delicious and very large. There was a little confusion about what time breakfast started. The morning staff said 7:30, but the evening staff and signage said 7.

It looks like it’s outside of town, but it’s really a 5 minute walk from the center, and on a footpath, so you don’t have to walk on the road.

Cons:

The hot water was hardly hot, even for a very quick shower. For a lot of the early evening there was a machine running that was loud and had a high pitched whine-fortunate this stopped around 8, when everyone settled in for early bed time. Finally, it is very easy to hear every word the people in neighboring rooms said. Fortunately it wasn’t an issue because everyone was very considerate.

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación del lugar, está ubicado a una distancia caminable del centro, está justo al lado del río por lo que se escucha el sonido del agua desde la habitación si quieren conexión con la naturaleza, tiene terrazas y balcones muy bonitos, y las habitaciones son súper cómodas, tienen agua caliente, el lugar en sí es muy lindo, tiene vista al río, valle y al parque arqueológico de Ollantaytambo.

Cons:

A pesar de que las chicas son súper amables y con buena disposición, en recepción casi nunca había nadie por ende la atención no siempre era inmediata, había que contactar por WhatsApp en caso de necesitar algo o alguna emergencia. Tampoco cuentan con servicio a la habitación, lo que en estos lugares es primordial si es 100% turístico, ya que al llegar de tours por la noche no se encuentran toallas cambiadas ni papel higiénico nuevo en la habitación (lo que también había que solicitar por WhatsApp, y siendo tarde a veces se demora un poco más la respuesta). Además que el desayuno no es libre, es estándar para todos, por lo que en caso de presentar alergias o intolerancias a ciertos alimentos recomiendo comunicarlo antes. Y por último, la habitación estaba llena de mosquitos (considerando que está al lado del río igual). Fuera de eso igual, considero que es buen lugar para quedarse en cuanto a precio, son cosas totalmente mejorables y que fueron conversadas igual con las personas de recepción.
