Because my flight was delayed, I’ll only arrive in the morning. The host was kind enough to let me rest a bit longer and allowed me to check out two hours late.

Muy sensilla, muy pequeña, sin tv, baño fuera, el desayuno solo un huevo con pan y un té, sin nada mas, nos cobro un poco más de los que marcaba en internet, dificil de encontrar por no tiene ningun cartel exterior del hotel, gracias a las fotos que vi en internet de la fachada.

Good value stay close to airport
Pros:

The lady here is very sweet- tries to make everything comfortable for you. Always communicating and let me pay a small fee to keep the room until 4pm the next day as my flight was delayed. Be aware that this is no longer a 10 minute walk from the airport. The new airport is now a 20 minute drive but owners advised me of taxi scams & I got a bus. Easy to walk to once off the airport bus which is 3 soles (65p) so cannot complain. Bathrooms are always cleaned. No air con but a powerful fan. Breakfast of eggs, bread and coffee an added bonus. Yes this is a very industrial area of Lima with locals deeply engrained in Peruvian culture so to some this may be sketchy as there’s no English but if you smile and are friendly the locals do want to help. Very fast wifi to work in the room. It’s an airport hotel and it does its job. For 1/2 nights a great value place.

Cons:

Noise from outside although this is not the owners fault. Flickering lights whilst showering
