It is central, love all the balconies, staff are amazing! The security gate is a great addition for solo travelers

The property was very well presented, with a wonderful array of thoughtful welcome treats. The WiFi was fast and reliable. It’s a secure building and it’s conveniently located to restaurants and sights. Importantly, we were impressed with the professionalism displayed by the staff. Dimitra communicated with us promptly and effectively.

Beautiful, clean property. The staff was very helpful for our stay, they started a WhatsApp chat before we arrived so it was very easy to ask questions.

On Sunday they had a traditional Greek breakfast with coffee and milk pie on the rooftop of a nearby property with a view of the Acropolis.

Location is great, very close to the main Acropolis area and Pnyx. I’d love to stay here again.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location with easy check in! Plus, it was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. Steps away from the Acropolis and cafes/restaurants. The staff were so helpful and communicative on booking taxis, providing recommendations, and navigating the lively city of Athens!

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance of the metro station. Major attractions are also nearby.
The very friendly staff creates a warm, almost family-like atmosphere. They always answered my questions promptly, for example, helping me with laundry, suggesting the best souvenirs, and even inviting me to a traditional Greek breakfast on the rooftop. We were in touch from the moment I arrived, and it was easy to get to the hotel knowing that they were already waiting for me there.

The room is fully equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and kettle. A washer and dryer are located in the basement, which is very convenient. Guests can also access the rooftop observation deck.

The room isn't the largest, but it's plenty large for one or two people.

My window didn't directly face the street, but rather the landing of an external staircase. I kept it closed with a thick curtain most of the time, but it didn't cause any negative emotions; it was even cozy.

When the market on the neighboring street was open for half a day, the sound of voices drifted into the room, but overall, it was quite comfortable and quiet.
I slept well.

We had a wonderful stay. The design of the house is both sophisticated and functional. The neighborhood has an authentic atmosphere. The house is very close to the Acropolis, within a walking distance. Our hosts were extremely helpful. On the first morning they surprised us with a present - a traditional breakfast. There is a shared terrace at the top of the house, with amazing view. We are planning on returning.

I had an absolute awesome stay. Appartment is very well equiped, practically new and the terrace is awesome.
There is nothing like a morning coffee on a sun chair - and you can even choose to stay on the sun or hide in the shadow.
Stuff is extremely friendly and helpful with everything you need.

Property was very comfortable, safe, modern and clean. Host was very professional and nice. The property was centrally located in a safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay again when visiting Athens.

Staff was professional and attentive. Hotel provided special treats like wine and cheese and cookies upon arrival. Location was excellent. Quieter neighborhood but close and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, markets and the Acropolis. Rooms were super clean and maintained. Great decor and furniture.
