Pros:

Las instalaciones en general son buenas, las habitaciones son amplias.
La ubicación es buena, centrica y segura

Cons:

El servicio de recepción es malo! contacte para que me puedan coordinar un taxi y me respondían con un mensaje predeterminado, nunca pudieron coordinar un taxi de recojo del aeropuerto a pesar que insistí por diversas vías.
Llegue a las 3:00 pm para el Check in y no tenían habitación disponible, tuve que esperar como media hora para que me den la habitación.
Las toallas deberían renovarlas son muy antiguas, ya no son color blanco, son color humo, están todas percudidas. deben ser las mismas con las que inauguraron el hotel.
El desayuno es solo regular, habia unos insectos dando vueltas por la fruta.

La habitación donde nos quedamos carecía de mantenimiento. Había señales de humedad cerca del aire acondicionado. La mitad de las luces del techo del cuarto no funcionaban y el sanitario tenía filtración de agua. Además, se cortó la luz solo en nuestra habitación sumado a todo el resto de inconvenientes, sumaron una mala experiencia
