El personal del restaurante muy bueno, la señora de la limpieza en la habitación y algunos de los que abren el parqueadero

Te venden una habitación con terraza que de terraza no tiene nada, solo una tumbona plástica en el sol que tiene unas paredes altísimas que si te sientas en la tumbona es a ver paredes blancas que vas y el piso es en gravas y tiene un condensador del aire echando aire caliente para el área o sea que terraza nada. Te presentan en las fotos una piscina hermosa, no limpian los cristales se ve sucio y son bien pequeñas. Fui desde antes de la Semana Santa hasta el miércoles santo, creo que fui el lunes santos a bañarme y me mandan un mensaje pasivo agresivo por booking que debo reservar para el uso de la piscina cuando ya tenía como 5 días y nadie me notificó que era con reserva porque las que atendían en recepción brillaban por su mal servicio. El colchón súper duro y me dió una reacción en la cara (pareciera como si la almohada tenía ácaros) no se me quitó hasta que me fui. Para nada lo recomiendo.
