Experiencia decepcionante por la calidad y cambios en la tarifa

La calidad de las almohadas fue bastante baja. Además, realicé mi reserva con anticipación por un monto específico y, al momento de la estadía, el valor aumentó sin una justificación clara. Entiendo que los impuestos se manejan aparte, por lo que mi comentario no se refiere a ese aspecto.
Por último, la habitación asignada tenía una vista poco agradable, ya que daba hacia maquinaria y una obra en construcción.
Agradecería que puedan revisar estas situaciones para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes.
