Ubicación, limpieza y comodidad de las camas

Cons:

Que no haya persianas, ya que justo la habitación daba a una subestación eléctrica de las vías del tren, que por la noche tenía un foco, donde al no haber persinas se colaba algo de luz por los lados de la ventana

Pros:

La limpieza y la ubicación era justo lo que necesitábamos.
El trato agradable y la reacción rápida a los cambios que necesitamos.

Cons:

La habitación con accesibilidad adaptada solicitada era fría e incompleta, la cama era diminuta de 120. X 190, teniendo en cuenta que mido casi 2 m y de ancho no ando mal, era imposible ajustarse a ella.
Por lo que nos ofrecieron otra habitación son adaptación pero más comoda

Pros:

Nos tocó una habitación amplia cosa que se agradece. Las instalaciones también estuvieron muy bien. A favor también que delante tienes un Mercadona y a dos calles un parking público.

Cons:

La atención de la recepcionista, no fue muy agradable. La ubicación está un poco lejos de los sitios turísticos. A comentar que nos tocó la habitación 001 que no es muy agradable porque está justo enfrente de la vitrina de entrada y da la sensación que te ven al salir y se escucha a los huéspedes que hay en recepción.

Excelente hotel con una gran calidad/precio. Se encuentra ubicado a la entrada de Santander, llegas en 5 min al centro en coche. Nos sorprendió su interior, parece que lo acabaran de abrir.. limpieza, confort, silencio, temperatura.. y con unas camas comodísimas, de tamaño gigante. La atención del personal excelente, seguro repetiremos

El desayuno es mejorable, es buffet tipo continental pero sin servicio de cocina que prepare más platos calientes.

Enjoyed the stay and the staff were very helpful.
Pros:

Late booking as our plans changed

Cons:

Car parking is available at a reasonable cost but parking might be problematic if you have a large SUV. Let the hotel know before hand so that they can position your vehicle. They do not have a drinks licence but that was not a problem as there are a few tapas bars within walking distance.
