Very disappointing experience.

We had just arrived after a long journey, yet we did not receive a warm or professional welcome. The hotel is very outdated, and the prices do not match the quality or value provided. The staff were not professional.

An elderly gentleman who introduced himself as the manager escorted us to our room, but he seemed unfamiliar with the rooms and the check-in process. He first opened a room that was already occupied by other guests, then took us to another room that was dirty, with garbage on the floor and clearly not cleaned or ready for check-in.

At that point, we decided to leave the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
