The cleanliness

Cons:

The reception manager, I lost my card made to pay bond. She made me go to the bank and get proof I was owner of card. This was a headache in itself on a Sunday. After that she assured me that the bond had been refunded. Only to find out a week later it had not been. She was rude and not very helpful. Thankfully Kris another manager sorted out the problem for me within the hour.

Don't pay cash and keep receipts

Cons:

The money theft , I loved the property and enjoyed my stay until the very end when. I was told I owed them money and had to pay $88 even though I had clear proof I had paid over $1400 for the stay and the bill was less than $1200 the staff member I had handed cash too clearly pocketed it and it was now my time and energys problem to prove it .
When someone has paid for a room everyday and three times bonds and you have also used the previous bonds x 2 to cover the room charges it doesn't make sense without even adding in the lost cash not recorded and the printout wasn't dated properly or including everything when I was given. It to show costs and payment proof . They also said I'd paid certain. Ways at the start that I hadn't and I have never had this happen in my life . Nice hotel just unfortunately has theives
