Pros:

Lovely, Cosy, Friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Did not have breakfast at the hotel as had on site where i was going for the course I was doing for work.

Excellent stay for our short over night stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed the closeness to our function. The hotel's check in staff were very efficient and created a relaxed vibe. The car parking at the close parking facility was very easy. The meal ( evening) was lovely. The shower hard plenty of pressure and it was roomy. The bed was lovely and the lifts were efficient. I really liked the checkin area as it was very large with a café as well.

Cons:

We did not find anything to dislike but we were only there overnight. We found the hotel suite us but we were there for only one night.

A un toasted cold samwhich
Pros:

Very friendly and helpfull staff

Cons:

I ordered room service the toasted samwhich I received was not really toasted the cheese was bearly melted the middle was cold the over all samwhich was dissmal.

Pros:

Great location. Staff were helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The flashing light in our room by the fire alarm. Very annoying. I’m sorry we didn’t say anything. But would stay again.
