Best accomodation experience in Auckland
Pros:

It is perfect being close to the places we were visiting in Auckland. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The dining room staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Apart from the housekeeping, it was a great stay. Will come back again in the future.

Cons:

Housekeeping a bit inefficient. Requested for additional shower cap thru voicemail ( coz nobody picked up the call) but was not given. And when they made up the room, they threw away the only shower cap we had which we still need to use.
