Pros:

Location is not a tourist area but extremely convenient for travel to all attractions as its geographically in the middle of everything. Very clean has a balcony and full kitchen (not depicted in photos). Owner /management of the apt super responsive and helpful if any issues arose. Very positive experience.

المكان مخدوم وحلو واصحاب المكان متعاونين وبيسعو لارضاء النزلاء ومحترمين جدا بالاضافة للغرف النظيفة وحارس العمارة ابو عمر الرجل الطيب المحترم والخدوم قليل نلاقي هيك ناس بهالايام ولكن اهل مصر اهل الخير والكرم والجود وربي يبارك برزقكم ويبارك بصحتك وبعيالك ياعم ابو عمر خليت عندي ذكرى طيبة انت واصحاب المكان لن تنسى .

Cons:

Кондиционер не работал на обогрев. Было очень холодно в январе.
Постельное белье со следами использования предыдущими жильцами. Полотенца тоже использованные, даже с пятнами.
Чай/кофе по 1 пакетику, хотя я бронировала на 3 ночи.
1 бутылка воды, и та вскрытая теми же предыдущими жильцами.
В ванне только жидкое мыло, полок никаких нет - очень неудобно.

Resonable price for the acomodation in the neighbourhood.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The communication was good too. I there was a guard downstaris very nice man. In this apartment there is no natural light, the window is very small and no direct light on it. But I can recommend the other apartment youvala, that is very big and comortable. The AC was working good.
