The hotel rooms were completly renovated in March 2022. All the rooms have aircondition.

The hotel has a new rating 4 stars superior.

Pros:

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this 4-star hotel in Slovakia, and I can honestly say that the experience far exceeded our expectations.

From start to finish, everything was impeccably organized, and the level of service was closer to that of a 5-star hotel. The atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming, making you feel relaxed and truly at home from the very first moment.

One aspect that impressed us the most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The ladies who served us were simply outstanding—always smiling, attentive to detail, and eager to help. They created a personalized experience, making us feel valued as guests, not just customers.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Every detail seems carefully designed for the comfort and satisfaction of the guests.

Bella struttura, stanza bella, pulita e grande.
Buona la colazione alla carta

Cons:

All’arrivo ci hanno praticamente obbligato a parcheggiare nel loro posto auto (no garage) spostando la macchina da un posto libero accanto al loro, per poi scoprire al check out che costava 10 euro al giorno.
Nonostante fosse scritto sul sito ed anche all’ingresso dell’hotel la presenza del ristorante (con tanto di targa JRE), non offrivano servizio di ristorazione se non dei taglieri.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Everything was fantastic. Great staff, food, and facilities. Rooms were large and comfy. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome

Pros:

Prijeten, zelo lepo urejen hotel. Potrudili so se tudi pri vseh podrobnostih, ki naredijo izjemen vtis. Gostitelji so bili nadvse prijazni in ustrežljivi.

Stylish, bright, cosy, tasty 👌
Pros:

Very nice and stylish place! We spent 6 days. Amazing people, tasty breakfast with fantastic self made jams. Full of light, clean place, great views, quiet (the church bells are far away). Easy walking distance from lifts (appr 10 min). We enjoyed staying here a lot! Huge thanks to the owners 🙏

Cons:

I would just suggest adding slippers and shoehorn.

Pros:

Savršen hotel na izvrsnoj lokaciji u blizini skijaške staze. Prekrasan pogled s balkona na samu skijašku stazu.
Osoblje koje je uvijek na raspolaganju. Dobri duh hotela recepcioner Adam i preslatka djevojka koja nam je svako jutro servirala doručak s najljepšim osmjehom Nina.
Sobe su izuzetno čiste i vrhunski opremljene. Sigurno se vraćamo opet❤️
