what has been said above
Pros:

I was put up in the 4th floor which is the hotest with no AC and the topmost floor.
But for this stay was pleaseant.
Cost of AC rooms are expensive.
Perhaps the management can think of making it affordable say around Rs 700- 1000 to increase customer base.

Cons:

Wash room stink.
Need to be cleaned evry 2 hours

Affordable and simple (dormitory)
Pros:

They mention option of dormitory but indeed it's economy single room with shared bathroom. So actually someway better for about the same price. I stayed there, affordable.

Cons:

Fourth floor is top so very hot in general. There is no any AC there, fans cannot help.

Stayed in cabin room. Room was OK. hotel is nice, with tasty breakfast.

Cons:

bathroom was pathetic. Not cleaned in at least a week. No hook or rod in bathroom for hanging dress and towels.
Due to gas shortage only idly was available for both days.
