Todo de acuerdo a lo coordinado
Localização excelente, apartamento organizado, no geral o prédio tbm.
Limpeza no banheiro, tinha muitos cabelos no chão.
Faltou produtos de higiene, como papel higiene, shampoo/condicionador e sabonetes. A localização era pra 6 pessoas e tinha apenas 1 kit.
La ubicación. El recepcionista de la noche era amable y hablaba español.
El personal de recepción por la mañana era descortés y malhumorado.
Estuvo muy bien, limpio ordenado seguro y muy bien ubicado. Mi familia estubo muy feliz 😀

What did we think of Breakfast? THERE WAS NONE!!!
Stayed at this location many times over the last 18 years. 1st time NO breakfast option, even if we wanted to pay for it , at least there should be an option.
There was no running water??? Came in from 1/2 day of travelling to use the bathroom… no running water. None in the kitchen of bathroom, What the HELL.
Very comfortable condo. Very bright and clean. Wonderful pool and hot tub.
Too many people smoking marijuana near the pool area. Too many small and noisy children running around unaccompanied by adults. Management did nothing about it.
Quietness
Bedding, pillow top mattress, stained toilet seat, white towels that didn't look clean, so we bought our own towels.
Some of the dresser and other drawers had stuff in them from previous guests.
The property leading to the condo is dated and smells. The condo itself is okay.
Excellent location for visiting universal studios/Islands of adventure and sea world .The property is situated very close to international Drive and easy an easy walk to restaurants

My daughter and her friend celebrated their graduation and birthday at Universal. 10/10 recommend this location! Short drive to the parks, quiet location, and super clean! My daughter and her friend absolutely loved this place.

We have to clean towes n room. We don't have services for 8 days. For me it's no professional. We never stay there any more..
