Pros:

Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und nett! Wir wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen, konnten in Ruhe die Fahrräder im dafür vorgesehenen Raum verstauen und den Akku laden. Zudem war das Personal immer für Fragen erreichbar. Besonders unterstützend war das Frühstückspersonal, welches sich besonders um unsere Anliegen annahm.
Sehr angenehm war das großzügige Zimmer mit Balkon. Auch das Badezimmer übertrag die Erwartungen.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett war bequem, hatte aber mittig eine harte Kante.

Super, für Drinks nach 21 Uhr mussten wir halt außerhalb des Hotels gehen....
Pros:

Die Lage direkt oberhalb der Basilika von Mariazell ist perfekt, Alle "wichtigen" Einrichtungen sind fußläufig.

Cons:

Im hoteleigenen Restaurant gab es ab 21 Uhr auch keine Getränke mehr, Bar hat das Hotel auch keine.

Výborná poloha, dobré raňajky v cene

Cons:

Izba zariadená jednoducho starým zachovalým nábytkom. Matrac na posteli je už preležaný, chýbali malé vankúšiky a parkovanie bolo od hotela cca 450 m. Na izbe nebola ani chladnička. Vhodné na prespatie max. 2 noci

Jó helyen az, amit a képeken látni
Pros:

Rendkívül segítőkészek és barátságosak voltak. Úgy gondolom, hogy mindent elkövetnek azért, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Beszéltek magyarul, ami nagyon tetszett.

Cons:

Kicsit puha volt az ágy, nekem nem volt probléma, de a feleségemnek ez kényelmetlen volt.

Nett, sauber, gute Lage, gerne wieder
Pros:

Waren im Winter nach der Saison dort. Es war sehr ruhig, das Personal sehr bemüht, das Essen top. Das Frühstück war außer Haus, war aber kein Problem und sehr gut. Die Lage ist auch top. Gerne wieder!
