Was unable to stay due to overbooking
Pros:

The property was overbooked so I was not able to use my Booking.com paid reservation

Pretty average in an older hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

We booked a day earlier than we traveled and stayed a day later since we thought we were 13-15, not 12-14 and no one mentioned we had arrived late or stayed a day later. The extra night charge was much higher. This is mostly booking.com's fault as they changed the dates I had put in between page changes.

The fact they refused the card i was going to use even though i booked with the same card so i told the desk agentwe needed to cancel. Then they tried my account over and over but i kept declining so they wait until 4am to charge for a no call no show but obviously it wasn't because i went in there to check in and they refused my card

Not good.
Pros:

Nothing other than I could take my dogs.

Cons:

Everything was filthy. A horrible smells everywhere. Food was hotel grade. What do you expect.

Convenient to amenties but pictures make hotel look better than what it is.
Pros:

Convenient to shopping and food along with the shower head.

Cons:

The rooms smelled like “dirty sex” and had odors in which we couldn’t get to go away even with the windows open. The swimming pool was very small and dirty to the point we didn’t feel comfortable going in.

low water pressure & slippery shower

room was nice, clean. lighting was a bit odd, but the heat worked pretty well

Cons:

bathroom - shower floor was slippery, and there was virtually no water pressure!

also, I had set an alarm, which went off while I was in the shower. I got out to shut it off, and when I went to get back in the shower the door moved followed by the towel I was standing on (tile floor) which resulted in my landing on the floor.
thankfully despite brief pain to a toe and a knee, I was otherwise fine.

I had intended to follow up with a staff member, but due to my plans that day I did not get a chance to do so.
