Pros:

Well furnished, spacious and very helpful front desk staff who gave us tour guide recommendations and helped us order food as well. They also upgraded us to 3 bedroom apartment which was huge!

Cons:

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the location left a lot to be desired. It's quite far from the city centre, which means you have to take a taxi every time, and the traffic in Beijing is terrible.

Home away from home
Pros:

We would like to thank the front desk staff Jason for his care and responsiveness during our whole stay. Whenever we had questions, he was ready to help and made our stay the best. The staff at the front door are amazing as well, and will help you get in/out of your taxis, always ready to support when you have many baggages. Please look for Jason if you want to stay here, he goes above and beyond for guests like us.

Cons:

The toilet bowl could be improved if there was a bidet function. Currently, its just toilet paper.
