No tea and coffee condiments in rooms.
Tv doesn't have a single English channel.
Canton Fair Phase 3 had no shuttle bus yet on my booking it said bus was available
Bad smell in communal areas due to people smoking indoors. Carpets were dirty.
For a 4 star hotel, visitors would expect higher standards

Pros:

This is last time l use your platform.
Very poor service for breakfast & cleaning.
3 days coffee machine is broken
4th working, then broken another 3 days.
It is like they don’t care at all.
They even laught on you.

I choosed the hotel because l always book with you and have faith on your management.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON YOU.

No one even care about your requests.

Butter( 3 days no butter ).

Cleaning: Just for the form .
I had to clean myself

Booking: you refund my money or you will never see me again and count on me to share your useless management.
You took my money and you didn’t provide me what l paid .

Цена. Автобус до выставки и обратно. Ежедневная уборка.

Cons:

Завтрак не разнообразный. Для привыкших есть европейскую еду выбор маленький. Персонал с трудом говорит на английском.

Pros:

Staff were kind and nice

Cons:

The breakfast was so bad, they barely change the food, everything is Chinese related and we don’t eat those type of food it’s very different. Why don’t they keep at least standard food that everyone eats likes French fries, etc

Spacious, self service laundry, drier, steam iron

Not the same cleaning standards as in europe
My bathtub was not clean, and the walls of the apartment were dirty. The cleaning product used for the floor is something sticky and white, we have marks on our socks

Good experience include other dishes apart from Chinese
Pros:

Breakfast only Chinese food for Africans you don’t have options than to adjust
