Pros:

Well-swept leafy compound about 4’ walk from the beach, with a clean pool and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast rounded out this terrific value hotel.

La proximité avec la plage, et c’est à peu près tout.

Cons:

Séjour marqué par des dysfonctionnements graves et répétés.
• Coupures d’électricité fréquentes, parfois pendant plus d’une heure, avec lumière très limitée, sans ventilation, sans climatisation et avec une pression d’eau très insuffisante.
• Climatisation défectueuse : inutilisable la première nuit (bruit extrême), puis hors service malgré le retour partiel de l’électricité. Une seconde chambre nous a été attribuée avec climatisation fonctionnelle, mais celle-ci s’arrête régulièrement lorsque le générateur prend le relais.
• Présence de fumées de combustion provenant de feux allumés à proximité, entrant directement dans la chambre.
• Problèmes sanitaires dans la première chambre : chasse d’eau défectueuse et fuite.
• Petit-déjeuner non conforme à l’annonce : présenté comme un “buffet” sur Booking, mais très limité et ne correspondant pas à la description.
• Eau de la piscine trouble, ne donnant absolument pas confiance.

Malgré plusieurs signalements, aucune solution durable n’a été apportée, notamment concernant l’électricité et les fumées. Le seul geste commercial proposé sur place a été un dîner (refusé) et un Coca Zero, ce qui est largement insuffisant au regard des désagréments subis.

Je voyageais avec mon père, âgé de presque 80 ans. Les conditions (chaleur, coupures, équipements non fonctionnels) ont rendu le séjour particulièrement éprouvant.

L’annonce Booking ne reflète pas la réalité.
Rapport qualité-prix très insuffisant.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge.
Pros:

Mysigt hotell med bra läge. Innergården och restaurangen är trevlig med träd och blommor. Rymligt rum och toalett. Bra sängar.

Cons:

Det är dåligt med vatten i duschen ibland. Ibland kommer det nästan inget vatten alls i duschen. Strömmen kommer och går ofta och när det inte är ström finns det ingen AC eller fläkt som fungerar vilket gör att det blir väldigt varmt, speciellt på natten.
Personalen pratar dålig engelska och har svårt att förstå vad man säger ofta.
Poolen behöver rengöras mer och vattnet i den cirkuleras.

Great, wonderful, pleasant and I'd definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The owner Tarek he was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Me us feel very welcome and went over and above. The hotel was very nice and clean. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Value for money and a great breakfast.

Cons:

Its supposed to be a 3 star hotel, it cost around 230$ a night for a double room. The water in the pool was a bit murky/ cloudy. It looks a bit run down when it comes to the pillows and mattresses in the garden. The biggest problem was that the aircon didn’t work at all. So we only had fan. And a big issue was that it’s no information that they don’t serve any alcohol, it says that they have a cafe and a restaurant on sight but no word about it being a non alcohol place. Another challenge was that they didn’t have a generator, and the electricity went constantly. When it went during the night the fan was naturally of and it was a bright emergency light coming on in the room making it difficult to sleep. No internet when the power is gone. Slow internet in general. Not possible with cold drinks in the fridges with no power.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich super. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich und größtenteils sehr um das Wohl bemüht.

Cons:

Kaputte Klimaanlage, schlechte Generatoren beim Strom und das Wasser fällt ständig beim Duschen aus.

Pros:

Esperienza molto, molto positiva, le stanze sono enormi con un bagno di dimensioni esagerate.

Le stanze vengono pulite con attenzione e cura dalla dada.( Mai vista una stanza così pulita se non in struttura 5 stelle europee)

Hanno provveduto ad ogni richiesta con sollecitudine: dovevo ricaricare il PC e la spina a muro non era adatta al mio cavo: in tre minuti la richiesta è stata soddisfatta:
In camera mi hanno addirittura cambiato la presa nel muro...

Colazione top, una sera ho cenato lì e il cibo era delizioso...che dire poi dei lettini davanti alla camera dove di notte ti godi il cielo africano?

Pros:

Zanzibar standartları çok düşük bir ada. Yani orta düzey temizlik, sıcak su bulursanız iyi konaklamadır. Otelin temizliği iyi, günlük temizleniyor ve sıcak suyu vardı. Lokasyon ise göreceli iyiydi, beachlere 10 dak yürüme mesafesindeydi ama bu fiyata sahil kıyısında ve restoranlara yakın çok güzel konaklamalar bulunuyor.

Cons:

Otelin fiyatlama politikası kesinlikle etik değil. Gelmeden 1 hafta önce iadesiz 655 usd ödeme yaptık ama 3 kalan fiyatları kontrol ettiğimde 445 usd olduğunu gördük. Sonrasında çevre fiyatlara baktığımızda çevre oteller 300-400 usd idi, otele yazdım fakat yardımcı olmadılar ve Booking.com hızlı destek alamadığımızdan konaklamak zorunda kaldık.
Şehir vergisi gecelik 20 usd alındı ama sonradan kontrol ettiğimizde 6 usd'ydi.
Resepsiyon yok, kapı duvardan başka birşey göremedik. Otelde konaklayan birkaç kişiden biriydik,
Fiyat perfomansı çok kötü. Fiyatları mutlaka kontrol edin. Pazarda elma satar gibi fiyat politikaları var.
Havuz süs havuzu gibiydi, çocuk belki girebilir. Havuza aldanmayın.

Pros:

Отдыхали в Нунгви 10 дней, в июле, мама и сын. Выбрали Seagull и ни разу не пожалели! Отличное место для комфортного и спокойного отдыха.
Очень доброжелательный персонал. Нам помогали во всем, что требовалось, заботились о нас, как о самых важных гостях в истории резорта.
Мы взяли самый большой номер twin-bed и нам было достаточно свободно. Нам это важно. Мы два взрослых человека, один из которых периодически удаленно работал. Практически все жилье в Нунгви аскетичное и тесное. В нашем номере были две большие удобные кровати и небольшое количество другой мебели - стол, стулья, тумба, шкаф и достаточно места, чтобы свободно чувствовать себя.
Расположение - отлично! в 2 минутах от центра поселка и 5 минут до пляжа. До любого пляжа можно дойти за 5-10-15 минут (до маяка). При этом тихо, в стороне от основной дороги, где шумно и много движений.

Cons:

Интернет в поселке слабый. Не только в этом отеле, а вообще в этом поселке слабый сигнал, усиливать просто нечего. Периодически случаются отключения электричества. К этому наверное надо относиться, как к данности этого места. Покупка сим-карты и power-bank не всегда решают вопрос, но смысл озадачиться вопросом точно есть.

Good place to disconnect
Pros:

Staff was friendly, very clean place, quiet (I was the only one at the hotel I think) and nice pool and area to chill

Cons:

Internet was really bad. Slow, on and off. But it’s vacation. That gave me time to write and read and explore outside of the hotel…
