Conveniently located, excellent value, friendly staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was great!! The location was perfect for us, right across the street from our appointment. The staff was very friendly. Restaurants close-by within walking distance. Cute pool area!

Le dimensioni della camera, per 2 persone adulte era ben stretta. Per di più, c'erano alcune camere vuote più spaziose che non ci hanno dato.

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at
Cons:

The toilet didn’t work correctly, shower head didn’t work correctly, the WiFi didn’t reach the room so I had to stand by the door whenever I needed a signal. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8 and they didn’t have any when I went up, I ended up just going to a pharmacy to get breakfast. Thankfully I only stayed for 2 days

We loved this hotel - it was a great option for the price and we would be happy to return in the future.
Pros:

This is a great location! There were lots of things to love: the room was large, my kids loved the pool, the breakfast each morning was simple but good. The rooms were cleaned well each day. The internet was fast and reliable. The staff are great- super friendly and helpful.

A classic, simple hotel in Mexican style. Basic amenities, but clean and cozy.

Cons:

The room is located next to the pool equipment room. Noise from the pump starts early in the morning and continues until late in the evening.

Enough for just 2 days
Pros:

Near to Cancun center, there is always good coffee;)

Cons:

The rooms which dont have windows have so much humidity, but the ones have balcony is good

Pros:

Place looks very cute. Colorful, nice decos. Pool also on the plus tho we didn't use the outside area much, because of terrible weather. Mattress was comfortable. Nice for short stays.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great, very artificial juice. Towels weren't ready at our check in. Only top light available in the room.
