Muy buenas camas, silencioso tanto en el dia como en la noche, tiene escuela de kite, se puede salir a navegar desde la playa del hotel.

Hay huépedes que ponían música en sus parlantes personales durante las comidas. Aunque el staff les informó que no era permitido, siguió sucediendo. Deben ser estrictos con esto
The restaurant was build nicely and the waiter was very friendly
The rooms are open and full of mosquitoes and they come in continuously. Our daughter was bitten 80 times in one night through the mosquito net. When we asked an extra net for the coming night nothing happened until she was already sleeping, then we got the question if we still needed help. We fixed something ourselves, like a double net. We were the only guests while they said it was sold out, which was strange as well. Our daughter became so ill of the bites that we had to rush to an hospital the day after. They did not even help with luggage or check in with us after. The kite schools further away from the accommodation helped us out with assistance for hospitals. Service was very low.
Also most food of the menu was not available. Location is far from everything else, so it is not easy to go to another restaurant.
It has been a nightmare for us, while we thought to pay for service. We feel it’s very overpriced and recommended accommodation that’s better located in mayapo village.

Las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias, y se siente ese ambiente tranquilo de playa que una necesita para desconectarse. El personal fue atento sin ser invasivo, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con buena energía. En general, fue una experiencia bonita y relajante. Volvería sin dudar.”
El personal es increíblemente amable. La comida es muy rica, las instalaciones están frente a una playa bellísima. Es un poco difícil llegar, sobre todo si es temporada de lluvia, pero desde Riohacha casi todos los taxis hacen la ruta.

Si necesitas WIFI hay, pero constantemente se cae y es débil. Los datos móviles de Claro funcionaron bien y estables.

The beach is amazing to do kite surf!
No light to read a book in your bed.
No umbrella to go to the restaurant when is raining ( was raining every night and we arrived completely wet) cost only a couple of $ and could make a difference.
The restaurant has no protection from the sea, so when is windy and raining , you ending up by be so wet and cold!!

Una cabaña fantástica justo en la playa. El personal fue muy amable y atento. Estuvimos completamente satisfechos y disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Además, hay una escuela de kitesurf directamente en la ecolodge, con un instructor muy competente.

Great spacious lodges by the beach with a traditional wayuu design. The hotel is perfectly located if you intend to go kitesurfing on the lagoon (10 min walk) and the sea. Staff did their best to accommodate us during our stay.
The hotel, being at the end of the beach, can feel at times a bit secluded from other restaurants/hotels. More animations and activities would be a great addition to improve the overall atmosphere.
