Pros:

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και άριστη σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής. Καθαρά και προσεγμένα δωμάτια, με άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Αν και μείναμε λίγο αυτή τη φορά, σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε για διακοπές καθώς αποτελεί το τέλειο σημείο για εξορμήσεις στο πρώτο αλλά και στο δεύτερο πόδι της Χαλκιδικής. Ο ιδιοκτήτης και τι προσωπικό πολύ ευχάριστοι και με χαμόγελο.

Srdačan doček od strane osoblja. Objekat je nov,čist i ima sve potrebno.
Mirno,bez saobraćaja i gužve.Plaža je 20m od objekta a gradska plaža 5 min autom.More je mirno i čisto.Blizina restorana i prodavnica.

Cons:

Jastuci su bili mali i mekani.
Na terasi nedostaje još jedna zavesa jer je od ranog jutra sunce jako pa se ne može sedeti.Plaža blizu objekta njie uređena,ima puno morske trave.

Pros:

Дуже чисто, свіжий ремонт. Зручні ліжка. Пляж поруч. На відстані 20…30км багато цікавих локацій та бездоганних пляжей. Є навіть печери !

Nice stay but a bit expensive for what they offer.
Pros:

The property is very close to beach. We have stayed in Elpiniki Luxury Rooms (other building than Elpiniki Luxury apartments). We had the room with see view, but the building it’s not in the first line of houses.
Not being in the city center, it was very quite.
Even if the property doesn’t have it’s own parking you could find very easy were to park your car.

Cons:

The room is not so spacious (on the first floor we had a large bed, a closet and a small kitchen). Having a small kitchen, when we wanted to cook something we really felt that we need a table where to put the ingredients and the plates (inside the room). The sun beds are not in front of Elpiniki Luxury Rooms, only in front of Elpiniki Luxury Apartments. The distance between the two buildings is around 100m.

Ποτίδαια _ Elpiniki όμορφα
Pros:

Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, έτοιμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι είχαμε ανάγκη. Μάλιστα μας έκαναν και αναβάθμιση του δωματίου χωρίς extra χρέωση. Βλέπαμε την θάλασσα από το δωμάτιο μας η οποία βρισκόταν σε απόσταση 20 μέτρων από την είσοδο. Με το αυτοκίνητο σε περίπου ένα τέταρτο, είκοσι λεπτά μπορούσες να επισκεφθείς και άλλες εξαιρετικές παραλίες. Το δωμάτιο έχει τα απαραίτητα για να φτιάξεις ένα γεύμα.

Cons:

Δεν έχει φούρνο και έχει μικρό ψυγείο (για 2 άτομα ήταν επαρκές). Η θάλασσα μπροστά στο κατάλυμα δεν ήταν από τις καλύτερες στην περιοχή, είχε πάρα πολλά φύκια σε όλο το βυθό. Αυτό δεν ήταν βέβαια απαγορευτικό για να κάνεις ένα ξεκούραστο μπάνιο. Εάν αυτό σε ενοχλούσε μπορούσες να μετακινηθείς λίγο πιο κάτω...
