Very average, not at all comparable with service and quality you get in Sikkim.

Just the location but there are plenty in the same location..

Cons:

everything average. Food not that good. Stay not as expected as per the reviews. They don’t even have umbrellas to drop their Clients till the cab pick up point. Monkey issues so need to keep the windows closed . Breakfast ordinary

Hôtel idéealement situé dans Darjeeling pour aller à pied. Repas plus compliqués.
Pros:

L'hotêl est super bien situé dans Darjeeling pour faire pas mal de choses à pied. Vu la circulation dans la ville, c'est souvent préférable d'être piéton. La situation de l'hôtel permet de profiter des restaurants du centre ville mais aussi d'aller à la gare par exemple qui n'est qu'à 15 min à pied ou sur la place principale pour profiter de l'ambiance.
Demandez des chambres en hauteur si possible pour profiter de la vue qui est magnifique !

Cons:

Sauf si vous êtes amateurs de repas indiens, le petits-déjeuner est compliqué... Un ptit dej continental est proposé mais il est vraiment léger en offres et les oeufs au plat sont payants...
Nous étions un peu seuls pour les diners également avec un personnel qui nous l'a fait comprendre... On ne choisit pas cet hôtel pour ses repas. Il est préférable de sortir. Heureusement c'est possible et facile !

Nice enjoymemt in staying in this property.
Pros:

Property is located at a prime location. Property is maintained properly. Nice food quality. Good conduct ofthe staffs.

Cons:

I like everything about this property. One suggestion from my side is to provide some fragrance in the room as well as in the bathroom by using some slow defuser or else.

Great place to stay
Pros:

We stayed for 8 days in this hotel. The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Housekeeping did a very hood job. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is okay but after shower the whole bathroom is flooded. Breakfast is tasteful and good. We just don’t know why it’s necessary to play very loud music during breakfast. Food during lunch was fresh and very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One negative point: Wifi is very slow and inconsistent
