Comfortable and well taken care of by the staff
Pros:

The location was very convenient for me as the surrounding area had many restaurants which served Halal food.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet hardly had any Halal food.

It is a good hotel, the staff are pleasant, break fast buffet was up to par & satisfactory.

Cons:

The wi-fi is not working unless you have VPN installed on your phone, it is very difficult if you have E-sim telephone.

Pros:

Lucy and angel, at the reception, were very nice and welcoming and perfectly balanced a friendly and professional attitude.
The room was big and the bed head panel was very quick and easy to use , so it was very helpful to have.
I always enjoy my stay in this hotel .

Cons:

I'm used to finding a small bag with toiletries that include Qtips and a hair shower cap and such things, unfortunately there wasn't any in the room.
The small "living room" in the room needs a little cozy touch... it doesn't match the coziness of the bedroom. Stepping into the bedroom felt like getting ready to melt into a deep sleep but Stepping out of it and into the the other space felt like getting into unknown territory hahaha 😅😅
This said, I enjoyed my stay very much, as I always do.
Not a huge fan of the pillows though. (The only real problem for me)

We will stay here again next time we visit.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and the laundry area is roomy.
One of the receptionists, Angel is extremely helpful and responsive, truly appreciate the extra effort.
