90% buena experiencia
Pros:

Buena ubicacion y la mayoria del personal muy amable, excepto por la recepcionista de la manana que ni siqiera lo miraba a uno a la cara cuando se le hablaba. Se limitio a si o no y no me dio las insicaciones correctas para poder acceder al desayuno que me comento no estar incluido y le dije que lo pagaba de mi bolsillo y no me dio el vale necesario para poder comer, asi que tuve que regresar a la recepcion lo cual parecio molestarle...

Cons:

La persona en la recepcion del dia 26 de Marzo, no tiene idea de lo que la atencion al cliente y trato cortes se trata.
Por otro lado se que en el Hotel se quedan tripulaciones y despues de medianoche tenian un escandalo en los pasillos que se escuchaba en mi habitacion ene le 2 piso.

Buena atención en una zona privilegiada, aunque el descanso fue difícil

La atención del personal es excelente y la ubicación es estratégica, ya que en los alrededores se encuentra una gran variedad de buenos restaurantes y un centro comercial.

Cons:

La estancia fue incómoda debido a varios detalles: la habitación estaba llena de mosquitos que no dejaban dormir, ya que entran fácilmente por un espacio grande debajo de la puerta. Además, las almohadas no son confortables y el ruido del restaurante se filtra demasiado en el cuarto.

Nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit au lieu de 2. Nous attendons toujours le remboursement de l'hôtel comme il l'avait promis. Booking nous a dédommagé en partie.

Had booked for a few nights but only stayed 1 night.
Pros:

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. There was no hassle canceling the other nights and not getting charged for it.

Cons:

The room was tiny and only had a narrow window near the ceiling that was shaded, so it felt like a windowless room. Very claustrophobic.It was like being in a cell. Zero soundproofing - you can hear absolutely everything.
Each floor has 3 rooms. The only room with windows is at the end by the elevator.
