Cons:

Ac doesnt work!!!! My stay became really difficult due to Ac being so so hot! The solution that was offered from the hotel was providing a fan which barely made any difference.

Pros:

Хороший отель с хорошим управлением, это видно. Всегда все четко, хорошая уборка, room service, консьерж, все. Вкусный завтрак с большим выбором блюд. Останавливаюсь там не первый раз. Отдельное спасибо девушке Lucy с ресепшен, дала нам хороший тихий номер, как и просили.

Заселили в номер только после 15.00, ночью залило ванну с потолка, но никаких извинений не было !

Dit is een Chinees hotel met lange historie. De afgelopen jaren zijn verschillende ruimtes/faciliteiten geupdated. Prijzen zijn nog steeds heel redelijk. Er zijn verschillende restaurant en (koffie)bars. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, het four seasons restaurant biedt high cuisine, en in de Saphire bar serveren Jason en Ken een lekkere cocktail of een ijskoud biertje. Kamers zijn schoon en dagelijkse schoonmaak is goed. Al met al een superfijn hotel om te verblijven.

Cons:

De nieuwe executive lounge op de 17e verdieping is nogal sfeerloos.
