Perfetta accoglienza nel cuore di Heraklion
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, tanto da poter visitare il centro della città a piedi, grazie alla possibilità del parcheggio presso la struttura. Le camere pulitissime e l’accoglienza dello staff impareggiabile; Elina e’ stata attenta e premurosa

Clean and near center, really friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms are very big, but bathroom was extra small, you are basically showering in a toilet as there were also no wall between shower and toilet. Bathroom was not like in the pictures. Rooms are quite dark.

Location was amazing. The rooms were spacious. The staff was super helpful and nice. We got a free early check in, and our suitcases were stores safely at the reception while our room was getting cleaned for an early check in. Also we were given a free parking in a safe parking lot that belonged to the hotel, which is very helpful for a street with literally no parking opportunities in a town with such narrow streets!

Cons:

The hotel is on a narrow street so there is not much of a view from the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and central, yet still up and coming so don’t be shocked with some houses next to the hotel that are old and some uninhibited.

Πήγαμε για ένα γάμο και μείναμε μια βδομάδα. όλα ήταν τέλεια, τα παιδιά στη reception πάντα με το χαμόγελο και πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Κάθε πρωί μας ρωτούσαν αν θέλουμε να αλλάξουν σεντόνια, πετσέτες και αν θέλαμε κάτι συγκεκριμένο. Πεντακάθαροι χώροι.

Cons:

το μόνο ίσως αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν είχαμε καλό σήμα wifi. αλλά θεωρώ ότι γιαυτό δεν ευθύνεται 100% το ξενοδοχείο.
