Pros:

Localisation, nearby bus station and close to city center, calm surrounding.

Cons:

Apartment is partly located underground, that's is cold, wet (high humidity) and unpleasant smell. There is a mildew in bathroom. We are surprised of the high rate of this facility.

Comfortable, kind owners, could be cleaner
Pros:

Kind owners, made sure we had a parking space, fixed a problem when we raised it. Great location. Provided plenty of tea and coffee. Had all the facilities needed.

Cons:

The bathroom in Apt3 was very small, so small there was no space for a real mirror above the sink. The shower had seen better days with the rim covered in mold.

Falta de higiene absoluta
Pros:

Contratamos un apartamento para 4 personas, con una habitación, comedor-cocina con sofá-cama, baño y una pequeña cocina bastante mal ubicada por ser muy estrecha. La ubicación es correcta, cerca del parque nacional de Durmitor.

Cons:

Generalmente en estos alojamientos la propiedad te facilita sábanas para el sofá-cama, pero en este caso solo había sábana bajera, y había que taparse directamente con unos edredones mugrientos que no sabías quien los había utilizado antes y daban bastante asco.

Pros:

Ubytování v původní zástavbě Žabljaku - což je spíše výhoda, neboť Žabljak se mění v komerční centrum plné. nové výstavby. Předání klíčů a ubytování proběhlo osobně. Protože jsme chodili po horách, velice se hodila pračka v koupelně.

The apartment is cute and comfortable, the location is excellent, close to attractions, city center, and supermarket. The apartment owners are lovely and responded to every request. Highly recommended.

Everything suited us.
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of nights when another hotel canceled our reservation. They even arrived late at night and let us in. The hosts are very nice people, they were really helpful.The apartment can only be accessed by steep stairs, but it didn't cause any problems for us. Tidy, there is a small kitchenette, dishes. A large double bed, a small and cozy living room connected to the spacious kitchen. There is everything you need in the kitchen. It was perfect for us (three people).

Cons:

Very thin walls, you can even hear the TV in other apartments. We also found other residents' belongings. But these are the little things we didn't pay attention to during our short stay.
