Very comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great, central location. Clean room. Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh coffee. Elevator in building. Easy check in and out. Offer free refreshments at reception lounge area which is very convenient after a long day walking. Friendly staff. AC Working great. Very clean. Quiet.

Cons:

Room is very small. Sink is next to bed and not in bathroom which is not convenient for 3 people in the room. No counter space next to sink to put our things. Night out curtains make room dark but there are several annoying lights (on mirror, on AC switch) that we had to cover to be able to sleep. Only tiny trash bin.

Disappointed
Pros:

The room was just ok, comfortable bed, hard to get into the bathroom toilet as the doors were in such a small space and opened awkwardly. Air conditioning was ok but do not feel it was a 4 star hotel. The room smelt musty like smelly shoes :( and not overly clean.
We asked reception on to get to a tour near central station and was told they could book a taxi for 18 € - it looked like an I er rather than offical taxi and cost us 27 € - we subsequently found it the metro was virtually next door and cost a few Euros… felt ripped off by the hotel.

I would suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Amsterdam
Pros:

Walking distance to city attraction points such as Dam Square and shopping streets. Rooms were comfortable and very interesting thing beverages were free at the reception cafe.

Cons:

The only thing i can comments was towels were a bit old

Pros:

A hotel of a typical Dutch style in an excellent location. It's less than a 15-minute walk from Centraal Station, and all the sights/attractions are within walking distance.

Cons:

The absolute stingiest breakfast I've ever seen, for €17.5. Definitely not up to a 4* hotel standard. If I had known, I'd have preferred accommodation without breakfast and just go out for it. Right next to the hotel, there's a great restaurant for that. The room was tiny, but I understand I'm in the center of Amsterdam where all the houses are narrow, so I guess saving space comes with it.

Für den Preis im Keller wohnen ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Lage ist gut

Cons:

Buchen Sie nicht das Zimmer im Soutterrain. Es ist im Keller mit Minifenstern und gruselig tiefer Decke. Das Waschbecken ist separat im Zimmer und ein sinnloses Design, bei dem das Wasser drüberspritzt.

A great hotel with lovely staff in the heart of Amsterdam
Pros:

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, we were made to feel very welcome. The decor was very cosy and quirky modern, and the room very clean, comfortable and good value. The free snacks and drinks in reception were a really nice touch and very much appreciated after our flight.

Cons:

Besides the initial check-in and final checkout, the staff didn’t seem happy - no smiles, borderline rude, indifferent. Of our six country trip, the most disappointing service overall.
