Gutes Hotel und bester Touristen Lage
Pros:

Gute und schöne Unterkunft in El Poblado.
Das Hotel ist direkt im Partyviertel.
Dadurch wird es auch unter der Woche sehr laut. Allerdings hat mich das persönlich nicht gestört.
Frühstück war auch gut.

Buenas instalaciones y ubicación, pero demasiado ruido por la noche
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien. La habitación era nueva, cómoda y estaba en muy buenas condiciones. El desayuno también nos gustó mucho, ya que lo preparaban al momento. La ubicación es muy céntrica, justo al lado del Parque Lleras, con muchísimo ambiente y opciones para salir.

Cons:

Precisamente la ubicación tiene también su parte negativa. Al estar junto al Parque Lleras y rodeado de discotecas, hay bastante ruido por la noche. La música se escucha desde la habitación hasta altas horas de la madrugada, por lo que puede resultar complicado dormir. Aunque al avisar en recepción me subieron unos tapones.

Nel cuore della movida
Pros:

Quasi Tutto (ottimo se volete andare per discoteche e locali tutte le notti) bagno eccezionale!!

Cons:

Portare tappi auricolari perché in zona ci sono discoteche e locali con musica alta fino alle 4 del mattino.

The best things about this hotel are the cleanliness, the helpful and friendly staff, the great location, and the excellent value for money. I especially appreciated the staff’s willingness to help us find the best solutions to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible

Cons:

We booked the “Non-Refundable Double Room” at a significantly lower price, but it was not clearly explained in advance that this room had no windows or balcony at all. The only source of air circulation was the air conditioning system. While we understood that the room was offered at a lower price, the lack of any window or balcony should have been clearly stated in the room description before booking

Decepción en Poblado

Diseño muy bonito y habitaciones cómodas.

Cons:

Está muy cerca de la zona de discotecas y la música estaba muy fuerte, hasta las 4AM. Muy difícil descansar porque las ventanas no aíslan bien. El desayuno bastante regular, café podria ser de maquina con leche normal y no con polvos. La omelette solo de verduras (ni jamon ni queso), muy poca fruta (con lo barata que es), el jugo de polvos y la recepcionista muy antipática. Se dedican a atender al público, nos tiene que cuidar. La habitación quisieron limpiarla a las 15h, justo cuando uno vuelve al hotel a descansar y evitar el calor (no se limpió porque estábamos dentro), y en la mañanas a las 9 de la mañana pusieron a limpiar la habitación de enfrente con música y cantando. Como no habíamos tenido bastante música en la noche, pues un poco más. En fin, decepcionados.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war modern und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Leite die dort arbeitet sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut. Ich konnte aber trotzdem sehr gut schlafen.

Decepcionante
Cons:

Contratamos una cama extra grande que nunca tuvimos, la recepcionista nos comentó que todas eran iguales... es decir, pagamos de más para nada.

Teníamos cucarachas en la habitación. Cuando hicieron limpieza de la habitación dejaron nuestra puerta de la terraza abierta y dedujimos que por ahí habían entrado.

En líneas generales, un decepcionados.

El personal de recepción y cocina muy amables.
