Es agradable pero para ofrecer una experiencia completa le falta trabajar varios aspectos.
Pros:

Tiene el potencial de ser un hotel excelente pero le faltan varias cosas. La ubicación es muy buena, son 10 minutos hasta el center histórico y el taxi no vale más de 15,000 pesos.
Además la playa está muy cerca, solo toca cruzar la calle y ya llegas a una playa cómoda y no tan llena.

Cons:

La comida. NO vale la pena comprar el plan todo incluido. La comida es muy regular. En general las cosas no tienen buena presentación y son poco provocativas. El sabor también es muy regular. En el desayuno encontramos pan con moho.

Yo pagué el plan todo incluido y solo comí una vez ahí porque de verdad no dan ganas de ir al restaurante. Por otro lado los snack que incluye el plan todo incluido son poco variados y muy regulares. Además cuando tú pagas este tipo de paquetes que supuestamente incluyen todo esperas poder repetir todas las veces que quieras. Cuando sirven el snack solo te dejan coger una porción de cada cosa.

Make it cheap! The food is ridiculous bad! We payed for the all inclusive and didn’t eat one bite of it! Worse than elementary school lunch line!
Shower flooded, no soap, no shampoo!! Awful!!! Better option staying somewhere like the Hilton and paying for good food! I would never recommend this place to an enemy!
