La ubicacion está bien y la vista a mar ahhh bien
El servicio del personal muy simple no sobre sale, un dia ni limpieza hicieron, el hotel está muy descuidado en videos y fotos se ve diferente, cuando llegas ves la realidad, la alberca y su area de camastros y bar muy pequeña para el tamaño del hotel y de huspedes, siempre saturada no la disfrutas no cabe nadie dos o tres familias la llenan es muy pequeño para un hotel de 30 pisos, la terraza del último piso sucia y con un servicio de bar muy limitado y corto de tiempo, el desayuno es muy limitado y tiene un horario muy corto y de madrugada, si vas en grupo por habitacion solo te dan un llave, y si el que tiene la llave se va te quedas sin luz porque se ocupa, y solo se limitan a darte una, la regardera era Muy limitada muy poca agua para ducharse y con agua tibia , lo único bueno de la habitacion era que estaba amplia y tenia vista al mar lo demas deja mucho que deciar, para locales y extranjeros mis comentarios les ayudaran a elegir una mejor opción,

Nunca nos pudimos conectar a internet, 2 veces solicitamos revisión y nadie fue, las 2 puertas del baño no cerraban bien, la coladera estaba rota y no ponen toallas para manos.

desayuno con pocas alternativas, atención en el restaurante pésima, algunos lugares del hotel descuidados, viejas y mal reparadas, por fuera el hotel se ve hermoso, imponente y moderno, pero por dentro se ve viejo, descuidado y mal restaurado.
