Pros:

離捷運站、老街很近，浴室乾濕分離！地板、床、物品都是乾淨的！老闆人很客氣有禮，說明也都很清楚

Cons:

唯一小小美中不足進房有看到一隻小小蟑螂，以及房間牆上有多處小蜘蛛跟蜘蛛網，但房間整體是乾淨舒適的，可能是打掃時要再留意一下！

This was a perfect location to stay inTamsui with the most wonderful hosts. The room was very clean.
Pros:

The property was ideally located near the train station and close to all activities; shops, the market and waterfront promenade. The entrance to the property was difficult to find in a rain storm but after a call to Luis, the owner, we were soon shown to our room. Both Luis and Amber - the joint owners were most hospitable and assisted us with laundry and a farewell lunch. We used Google Translate to overcome the language barrier and our hosts were most accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The room could have had 2 chairs to sit in and watch TV. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes.

Ein sehr freundlicher Inhaber! Man kann check-in und check-out individuell vereinbaren, was in diesem Fall sehr hilfreich war. Und später gab es einen Bubble tea aufs Haus 😊😊

接待人員非常nice，還沒入住就積極的聯絡給住宿資訊、停車地點、還主動向我們推薦有什麼活動，入住後也介紹周邊有什麼地方，例如吃宵夜、買什麼名產到什麼店家等等…
下樓對面就是老街，左前方就淡水捷運站，附近很熱鬧！

Cons:

原本剛下訂時，感覺沒有很好，當時有點晚了，卻收到3小時內需付訂金，否則會被取消訂房，還好還沒休息，在Booking 與google的評價很兩極，原本也想說要不要取消，但由於我很懶，想說也無所謂，早付晚付也是得付，入住後接待人員的態度我覺得沒話說，如果被追著先付訂金覺得可以接受的話，這裏值得推薦！

只能說我住在五星級酒店的感覺

對於寵物友善民宿，我真的想給滿分再加一分，十分直接給到十一分！⭐️⭐️⭐️
環境舒適整潔、地點便利，無論是入住體驗還是整體氛圍都讓人感到非常放鬆。最讓我驚豔的是，身為一個嚴重鼻子過敏的人，入住期間竟然完全沒有任何不適感，可見環境維護得非常用心。

老闆待人親切熱情，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺；衛浴設備更是乾淨到無可挑剔，細節處處都能感受到經營者的用心。這次住宿體驗非常滿意，絕對是我會再度回訪並大力推薦給親朋好友的優質民宿！👍👍👍
