Un oasis de calma frente al lago Qarun
Pros:

¡Nos encantó el Resort Fayoum! Está situado justo frente al lago Birket Qarun, con unas vistas espectaculares donde solo ves agua y desierto: pura calma y atardeceres preciosos.

La habitación era como una cabañita independiente, muy espaciosa, con cama king size, un salón cómodo y un baño amplio con ducha y bañera. Además, puedes pedir el desayuno en la habitación, un gran plus para disfrutar del entorno con tranquilidad.
La comida y la cena fueron muy buenas, con platos tradicionales bien preparados. El resort cuenta con una gran piscina, aunque no pudimos usarla porque hacía frío durante nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y están muy bien cuidadas.

Queremos destacar especialmente la atención del personal, excepcional en todo momento: muy atentos, amables y serviciales.

Es un lugar perfecto como punto de partida para explorar la zona, con excursiones en 4x4 por el desierto y visitas imprescindibles como Wadi El-Hitan (Valle de las Ballenas, Patrimonio de la UNESCO), Wadi El Rayan y el Bosque Petrificado de Gabal Qatrani. Para los amantes de la arqueología, también están cerca Karanis, el Museo Kom Aushim y la Pirámide de Hawara. Y no podéis perderos el encantador pueblo de Tunis, que está muy cerca.

¡Recomendamos encarecidamente alojarse en el Resort Fayoum si buscáis tranquilidad, una atención excelente, buenas vistas y una ubicación ideal para descubrir el Fayum!

فندق مميز وتعاون الطاقم
Pros:

المنتجع اكثر من رائع ويقع على بحيرة قارون ، فالغرف عبارة عن شاليهات او أكواخ ذو عدد محدود مما يكون هناك خصوصية جميله في مكان الإقامة ، الكوخ يحتوي على جميع المستلزمات وذو مساعه واسعة وحمام كبير ونظافة وإنترنت ذو سرعه جيده
اما الفطار في المطعم رهيب وجميل جدا مع تعاون الموظفين بشكل رائع والمنتجع بشكل عام رائع

Cons:

هناك عيب لا اعرف ان كان مستمر ام لا وهو اندفاع الماء في حمام الغرفة إذ في بعض الأحيان يكون بطيئ ويرجع مرة أخرى وهو ليس بالعيب الكبير

اما ما يعيب المنتجع بشكل كبير مع كونه قد يكون مميز لبعض المسافرين الموقع اذ يقع في آخر بحيرة قارون بما يعادل حوالي 40 كيلو متر وهو امتداد البحيرة ويستغرق الوقت حوالي ساعه كاملة لقطع البحيرة والوصل الي مدينة الفيوم ومحافظاتها ولكن من جهة أخرى يعتبر موقع مميز للبعد من التلوث الضوضائي والحصول على اجواء هادئة

ملاحظة مهمة لمن يزور هذا الفندق او غيره الذين حواليه يجب ان يكون لديك مواصلات خاصة معاك ان كان سيارة خاصة او سائق لان المنطقة شبه معدومه من سيارات التكاسي او سيارات التوصيل

Beautiful rooms in an amazing location but a few technical issues that impacted our experience
Pros:

We had booked a Deluxe suite and were upgraded into a brand new room in the new aisle upon arrival. The room was superb but what could have been an incredible experience turned out to be somehow disappointing as there were a few structural issues with these new rooms. The staff was very kind to try to help us as they could, but unfortunately it ended up being more stressful than relaxing.

Cons:

The room was brand new but unfortunately, it clearly has not been tested properly: there was not enough hot water to take a bath, the shower floods the bathroom, the wifi does not work in the room and the door lock didn't work properly. I can only hope that the resort will solve these issues for the next guests!
