Pros:

Great location, close to the beach. Good sized clean room, new furniture and comfy beds. Host Ioannidis Panagiotis was very helpful during our stay, available on WhatsApp from when we landed to check in and answer any questions.

Pros:

Everything was very nice.
Ioannidis Panagiotis was very friendly and told us useful information for us from a local perspective. The staff is attentive and pleasant. The room is clean and comfortable, the hotel grounds are green.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo grazie ad un offerta di booking. Ambiente nuovo con terrazzo avanti e dietro lo studio.

Cons:

Il bagno, come ogni abitazione budget, si allaga facendo la doccia. Il divano letto per il terzo ospite non è comodo, quindi meglio in 2.

The accommodation was overpriced, lacked basic facilities, and the host was unfriendly.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with this accommodation. The price was far too high for what was offered – the value for money was extremely poor. The room lacked even the most basic facilities you would normally expect. On top of that, the host was rather unfriendly, which made the stay even less pleasant. I would not recommend this place.

Comfortable stay, close to the beaches
Pros:

The host is very nice, providing a lot of information about the island. The closest beaches are located 5 minutes from the apartment and are beautiful. Apartment is in a good condition, soundproof, as we didn’t hear any neighbours. Bus stop is very close, so you can go to the city - or anywhere - easily. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would come again.

Cons:

Cleaning could have been a bit better, towels were not changed after 3 days as promised. Kitchen could have been equipped better too, we didn’t have dish cloth or cutting board. We expected a coffee machine too as it is shown on one of the photos of properties we’ve looked before.

Absolutely loved our stay – we’ll be happy to come back next time we’re on the island!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean, with regular housekeeping – special thanks to Mrs. Viktoria for her great work. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from a beautiful beach. There’s also a bus stop nearby, making it quick and easy to reach the shops, the city center, or the port for a nice walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. As a family with children, we truly enjoyed our time here and are very grateful for such a comfortable and pleasant holiday.

Pros:

Perfect location close to Maratha Beach. We had the car but also by bus you can reach many beaches. Panagiotis was very helpful and allowed us to check in in advance. Thanks a lot.

Cons:

We loved everything. Would be perfect with a longer curtain in the shower (20cm) 🙂

Located in a quiet spot on the main bus route of the island
Pros:

Great location outside of the town centre away from the hustle and bustle, quiet but still close to bars, shops, restaurants and beaches, ample parking if renting a vehicle or on the main bus route if not. The rooms were basic and clean, exactly what we needed considering we came to explore the island and only needed a place to get our heads down. Good value for money and a nice reception on arrival with an early check in which was appreciated.

Cons:

Not an issue for us but be aware there are no extra facilities on site such as a bar or cafe.
