Very happy with suite
Pros:

Plenty of places to drink and eat nearby great room

Cons:

No lift so if you’re suitcase is heavy and solo travelling could be a problem
Must inform people to download booking.com prior to arrival on their mobile for correspondence and entry to hotel

Çok iyi
Pros:

Lokasyon çok merkezi, her yere yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyor, ayrıca çok güvenli bir bölge. Rezervasyondan itibaren otel çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Sorularıma çok hızlı dönüş yapıldı. Personele ilgileri ve nezaketleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Hijyen açısından da çok başarılıydı. Odalar ferah, temiz ve yeterli. Atina’ya tekrar gidersem kesinlikle yine konaklama için tercih ederim.

Pros:

The location was amazing-walking distance to everywhere. The room was decent, hygienic. I felt at home. People were so friendly. They contact you via WhatsApp before your arrival and send you guidelines. They are happy to help whenever you need. They have good communication skills and the lady who worked there was so kind and friendly.

Cons:

You have to carry your own luggage to your room as no person welcomes you. There's no elevator in the building.

Pros:

Vrachos Athens Suites'in konumu çok iyiydi. Son derece güvenli. Bir çok yere yürüyerek gittik, arada bir odaya uğrayıp dinledik. Çevresinde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi karşılayabildik. Bina yüksek tavanlı, tarihi bir yapı, pencereleri çok güzel, içi son derece yeni ve ferahtı. Yatak çok rahattı ve oda temizliği harikaydı. Her gün odamız temizlendi. Vrachos Athens Suites ekibine ilgisi için de çok teşekkür ederiz.

Unforgettable stay at Vrachos!
Pros:

The guidance of Amalia and Lorena was exceptional! Once we arrived to the entrance, Amalia was waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome. During our stay, both stayed in communication at all times. This personalized communication made our stay unforgettable. Moreover, the place is located near Plaka and many restaurants, cafes, and shops.

We highly recommend to stay at Vrachos!

Perfect place perfect people
Pros:

We had the best time, the place is beautiful, in a wonderful area, our team was fantastic, super responsive and helped us in everything we needed, even on a day of a general strike in a Greece which basically saved us with a solution to the transportation to the airport. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.
Auch das Bett und die Ausstattung als Ganzes
Das Bad ist gut , allerdings ohne Fenster und schlecht zu durchlüften.
Die Informationen des Personals über WhatsApp waren klar und immer zur Stelle.
Allerdings habe ich das Personal nie kennengelernt.

Cons:

Bezieht sich auf Apt M1 und mag nicht ellgemien zutreffend sein. Der Schnitt des Apartments und die niedrige Decke, an einer Stelle nur 1.80 ! (ziemlich gefährlich für große Menschen nachts ) , dadurch schlecht zu durchlüften, kleine Fenster und daher dunkel, zumal nach hinter raus kein Fenster geht. Ich vermute die Eigentümer haben zur Gewinnmaximierung eine ursprünglich schöne Wohnung einfach geviertelt.
Die Haustür und die Stiege sind sehr laut und bei der schlechten Isolierung leicht zu hören . Das kann leicht behoben werden.

Not what we expected despite very good communication from staff
Pros:

The staff were professional and happy to help when we needed to. Instructions were clear and you responsded quickly whenever we needed to.

Cons:

But as you know, we were left disappointed. The photos of the room were different to what the reality was. The hot water ran out mid-shower. The sink drain had an issue. The room chair was damaged. The floor was a bit dirty. There was a constant noise of a filter or ventilator or something similar from outside. Your Google listing says you are a 5 star hotel, but this is not true. Thank you for responding to these comments in the text messages, this was appreciated but we were left a bit disappointed.
