Excelente hotel
Pros:

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones son bonitas y el desayuno delicioso, tienen 5 opciones, todas muy ricas

Cons:

La ubicación es retirado de todas las zonas principales de Santa Marta, se debe coger siempre transporte

die Lage ist super
das bett war bequem

Cons:

es wird high-speed-internet beworben, aber das internet ist lahm und instabil.
das frühstück ist sehr wenig und bis man bei drei (!) weiteren gästen einen kaffee auf dem tisch hat, dauert es ca. 15 mins
es soll der duft nach colombian coffee im hotel zu verspüren sein, aber es gibt nur billigen instant-kaffee.

bei fragen oder besonderen wünschen: ein guter service oder kundenorientierung ist quasi nicht vorhanden.

kann es nicht empfehlen, da gibt es besseres und günstigeres

La atencion del personal

Cons:

Las instalaciones realmente deplorables nos dieron una habitación sin puerta en el baño y con una ventana que daba al dormitorio. Literalmente parecía una habitación de un hotel de alta rotatividad. No volvería ni gratis. Las fotos que adjunto son desde la puerta principal de la habitación y desde el dormitorio

The hotel was close to the beach and restaurants

Cons:

The materials and the construction of the rooms and hotel was not a good quality. For example in the room you to step up to go into the bathroom then step down to walk into the sink area and toilet. The entrance to the hallway on the 4th floor was only six feet high. I had to duck to walk to my room. Many areas of the hotel had different floor heights
