The staff was incredible. I traveled with a friend who has celiac and a very strict diet. The staff was not just accommodating but went above and beyond to ensure she not only didn't get sick but had enough to eat at every meal. The maitre d'hotel even sat down with her on our first night to check off safe foods and plan out the rest of our stay. Never seen service like this before, absolutely stunning. Kudos to the entire team!
Rooms are what youd expect in high touristy European city. Smallish but clean enough.

Eigentlich nur das bequeme Bett und das Frühstück.
Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, ist es nicht möglich das Fenster geöffnet zu lassen. Laut stinkig die Luft und bei geschlossenem Fenster richt es aus dem Abfluss im Bad wirklich sehr unangenehm.
Dazu ein Bad in das jeder reinschauen kann.

Na pokoji nam vadilo zelené světlo nad dveřmi, které svitlo celou noc, takže nám to každý den svítilo přímo do obličeje do postele. A možná trochu snídaně, které byly každý den stejné ale byly dobré.
Very nice offerings for breakfast... The beach was lively but unfortunately due to time constraints we only stepped onto the beach for a short amount of time. No time for swimming.
The lobby, stairs and elevator need air-conditioning. That was really our biggest concern. Trying to climb the steps with the heat was exhausting but concerned to use elevator since it was so warm inside. Not sure why the air was not working but worked great in our room.
The biggest positive about this hotel was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was incredibly polite, friendly, cheerful and genuinely helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
It was also nice to have access to a swimming pool, although unfortunately there were no sunbeds available when we wanted to use it and the we ordered food but the quality of the food was poor.
The room and bathroom were both extremely small, and our balcony overlooked the side wall of the neighbouring hotel, making it feel quite dark and claustrophobic. While the room itself was reasonably clean, the stairwells and communal areas did not appear to be maintained to the same standard.
The biggest let-down was the food at breakfast. The quality was very poor.. We ordered omelettes on our first morning, and they were so unpleasant that we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel on our second day.
Overall, while the staff were excellent, the quality of the accommodation and food did not meet our expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again.

Lovely small hotel, very close to the beach. Clean and cosy. Perfect service at the reception and during breakfast. Roof top bar with a pool at the evening is something special!
